Jhonathan Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Karpathos

The apartments are fairly decent, with a good view and spacious although they are overpriced for what they are, I have stayed at much better for less money. There were also some basics missing which are usually included when you're paying what was charged for these apartments such as mosquito tablets, toiletries, hand towels etc. What knocks a couple stars off was the interaction with the owner who essentially was trying to maximise the money he could get out of us at any cost. He gave us a different room to the one we had booked and supposedly gave us a discount on the price of the original booking but when we looked the rooms up online we discovered that the room he gave us was actually a cheaper room and he had charged us more than it was actually listed for online. Of course he also wanted cash (not card) and never gave us a receipt. Result was we got downgraded compared to the apartment we booked and paid more money than if we had booked online. Πραγματικά απογοητευτικο . Από ότι κατάλαβα έχει δύο ειδών κατηγορίες τα δωμάτια που τα δίνει στο booking (καλά) και τα κακά που,στα δίνει όταν κλείνεις από το τηλέφωνο (προφανώς σου κάνει καλύτερη τιμή ). Τελείως διαφορετικό από τις φώτο στο booking σαπισμενα και κρεμασμένα ντουλάπια κουζίνας φουσκωμένη και φθαρμμένη η πόρτα στο μπάνιο καθώς και τα πόμολα γεμάτα στην οξυδωση , και η καθαριότητα ήταν ανεπαρκής το πατώμα ήταν ασκούπιστο και κομοδίνα κλπ μέσα στην σκόνη καθως και τα πιατα ηταν ναι μεν πλημενα αλλα οχι καθαρα. Στα καλα τώρα καθημερινή αλλαγή πετσετων και σεντόνιων και μικρός καθαρισμος δωματίου. Επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρςτικος και ευχαρος.
