Enali Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Kissamos

I spent a month with my family (four children under the age of five) in Enali Villas. I could not recommend this place highly enough, and hope to be back at some stage in the future. I initially dealt with Nick at the time of booking, and he was extremely responsive and helpful in relation to all of my requests. On arrival, we were met by Nick‘s sister, Stella, who continued to act as a sounding board for any queries, dropping by frequently, over the course of our stay. Stella went above and beyond, for example getting us toys / a playmat for our twins (4/5 months). The villa itself is fantastic - we had friends and family staying in the second villa (Mirti) over the course of the month while we stayed in Artemi. The location of the villa is brilliant: 90 seconds walk from the beach front (a beautiful beach with lots of restaurants); 2 minutes walk from a big supermarket; and about a 10 minute walk from the village of Kissimos. Recently a group of 7 of us celebrating our 60th birthdays spent a week at Enali Villas, and we could not have been happier! Coordinating with the Owner, Nick was a breeze - and he was very helpful with suggestions, payment and questions about the villa.

Then, when we arrived, his sister Stella was waiting for us with yummy handmade appetizers, and more complimentary food and drink in the fridge.

The villa was lovely and clean, with a balcony overlooking the sea from all 4 bedrooms. Pool and grounds were perfect for those times when we wanted to chill.

The area was perfect as it was on the outskirts of town - but an easy walk in. The tiny bus station was closeby and convenient to hop on for excursions. The grocery was in the adjacent block. And, there was a top-notch 5 star restaurant in our opinion (not pricey) that we frequented many nights for dinner.

My friends frequently commented on how perfect our location and accommodations were....

We spent 9 nights at the Enali at the beginning of September. I would recommend this property without any reservations to anyone visiting Crete and I would definitely stay here again. Upon arrival we were expected by Stella who showed us around the villa. Kitchen is well equipped, the living room is spacious and comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kids loved the pool. The patio is cleaned daily. The beach is 1 minute away and there is a supermarket about 3-4 minutes walking.
