Floral Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Kos

Came here for 11 nights with my partner, didn’t know what to expect because we booked with Thomas Cook and were booked into the Artemis apartments which we couldn’t find much info on. The Artemis are behind the Floral Studios and owned by Katerina and Nic, who are the most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. Informative and extremely friendly, always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. |The Floral apartments (we were in room 104) are basic but very clean, twin beds, loads of storage, great shower. Kitchen is small, as you’d expect with a studio, with plenty of cupboard space and a 2 ring cooker and fridge. |The pool area is clean and there is always a good supply of sun beds available. There is a bar which serves drinks and light snacks. |A supermarket is next door and a fast food restaurant is to the left, which is open till quite late and is reasonably priced.|Loads of places to eat nearby and we’ve never had a bad meal yet. Floral studios is a superb place to stay. Very clean, fully equipped, close to the beach and restaurants, everything in walking distance. Owners, Katherina and Antonio, are very helpful with anything, very kind people. You have your privacy, or company when necessary. No need to carry beach towels. There is also a bar during day or evening. Best to book directly with owners. Make sure you visit Kos city in the evening and Zia sunset. Quiet place to relax and recharge...

Stayed here in September 2021. Spotlessly clean and covid compliant. Very spacious two room apartment with a beautiful wet room. Owners Antonis and Katherina could not be more helpful. Really well situated for great restaurants and beaches. Lovely bar which is used by guests and small enough that everyone chats and socialises. Could not reccomend these apartments more highly. 5 stars...
