OZEA Elevated Living (Formerly Keramos villa & apartments) — Hotel in Municipality of Malevizi

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks in Sept-2024 and we loved it. We had the smaller apartment above the parking lot, which is mostly in the shade during the day. Therefore we only needed the air conditioning a little. The apartment is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc.) and we had a small table with 3 chairs outside. Even from here there was a beautiful side view of the sea. The grounds are laid out in terraces and you can tell that someone has thought this through. The pool is at least 12x4m, so you can swim back and forth. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols by the pool area and there is plenty of space. From here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the bay of Agia Pelagia. There is also always a little breeze here. The complex is clean and well-kept and the apartment is also cleaned frequently, including a change of linen.

George is the soul of the complex, very friendly and accommodating. Many thanks for the time in this wonderful location (and that we were allowed to stay a little longer on the last day).

Wir waren im Sept-2024 knapp 3 Wochen hier und uns hat es super gefallen. Wir hatten das kleinere Appartment oberhalb vom Parkpltz, welches tagsüber meistens im Schatten liegt. Daher haben wir die Klimaanlage nur wenig gebraucht. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw.) und wir hatten draußen einen kleinen Tisch mit 3 Stühlen. Schon von hier aus ein schöner seitlicher Blick aufs Meer. Die Anlage ist terrasenförmig aufgebaut und man merkt, dass das jemand gut durchdacht hat. Der Pool ist mindestens 12x4m groß, so dass man auch hin und her schwimmen kann. Am Pool-Bereich stehen genügend Liegen und Schirme und es gibt großzügig Platz. Von hier aus ein herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Agia Pelagia. Zudem weht hier immer ein wenig Wind. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt und auch das Appartment wird inkl. Wäschewechsel häufig geputzt.

George ist die Seele der Anlage, sehr sympatisch und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für die Zeit in dieser wundervollen Location (und dass wir am letzten Tag etwas länger...

The perfect location for our 2 week stay in Crete! Beautiful rooms, big clean pool, regular room cleaning and stunning views of the town and sea. Ligaria is an 8-10 minute walk but it is STEEP walking back to Keramos. Agia Pelagia a 20-25 minute walk, but not so steep so a little easier. Good idea to rent a car though as there is many places to go and see. George was such a great host and sorted our airport transfers out and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay again if we come...

George was the best host! The room at Keramos villa & apartments was very clean and cozy! Fitted with a fridge & freezer, air-conditioning, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large bed, closets/storage space and a small tv. What more do you need? The cleaning service was very good! The location is beautiful and very close to the beach, if you don't like swimming in the ocean, you can use the pool instead. All with all a lovely 10 days in...
