Luana Monte Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Malevizi

We were in a group of 11 people. Bull's-eye!. A new building decorated in a good style, an oasis in the surrounding area. It also has ramps and a lift for the disabled. Cleaned regularly. Good price - I made a reservation and advance payment directly with the owner, I did it a bit timidly, but today I think that there are no worries. The drive from the airport is about 15 minutes. A few minutes walk and you are in a nice restaurant, beach or shop. But the best is the owner and her helper - they have good connections and work better than google search, they also create a very nice atmosphere, almost like home :) Do you need a car or a taxi immediately at a competitive price? - you have it. You want to visit an interesting place - you will get a tip. Do you need a sewing needle? - you have a needle... A lot of hard work and passion, so when you're there, give them the highest respect!

The only thing we missed was a simple hair dryer and a washing machine (so guest can have less luggage or come only with a backpack). Sanela, maybe it's worth to arrange at least one room like this? In the lobby you have a fridge with drinks - I would be delighted if you also had a coffee maker (better than the one that is in every room). I would gladly pay extra for this option.

Unser Aufenthalt in den Luana Monte Apartments war einfach traumhaft! ❤️ Von Anfang an haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war makellos – unsere Handtücher wurden jeden Tag frisch gewechselt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Pool und der Außenbereich waren stets sauber und gepflegt, und schon die Lobby hat jedes Mal so himmlisch geduftet, dass wir es nie vergessen werden.

Doch das Schönste war die Herzlichkeit von Sanela, der Besitzerin. Mit so viel Liebe, Fürsorge und Freude hat sie sich um uns gekümmert, dass wir uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Ganz gleich, was wir gebraucht haben – sie war sofort da und hat alles möglich gemacht. Auch das Reinigungsteam war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man spürt einfach, dass hier das Wohl der Gäste an erster Stelle steht.

Die ruhige Lage, der große private Parkplatz und die wunderschöne Anlage haben das Ganze perfekt abgerundet.

Als wir abreisen mussten, waren wir wirklich traurig – es hat sich angefühlt, als würden wir liebe Freunde verlassen. Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit, wir kommen von Herzen...

Avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel appartements. L'apparence extérieure est agréable mais les photos ne représentent pas exactement l'intérieur de l'appartement. La literie est moyenne et la cuisine est minuscule. La piscine est froide et jouxtant l'hôtel, se situe dans un quartier bruyant, sans parler des chiens qui aboient jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. Difficile de dormir car le jour apparaît tôt le matin en raison des rideaux. |J'ai déjà mis un avis sur booking car nous sommes passés par eux pour réserver et payer. Mes critiques n'ont pas du tout été appréciées par la gérante (ou propriétaire) qui, il faut le reconnaître est souriante et accueillante, mais tout est illusion. Elle m'a envoyé un message sur Whatsapp après avoir lu mon avis qui reflétait la réalité. Tout est vrai mais elle n'a pas apprécié et est passée à l'insulte. Ce message disait "you are a piece of ...hit, shame on you" ...|Bon, la réponse n'est pas très intelligente car elle aurait pu dire qu'elle était désolée et que l'hôtel ferait tout pour s'améliorer, ce qui est possible. Pas d'autres...
