From the moment we arrived at Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As we pulled up to the property, we were warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who personally came to meet us at our car. He kindly took our luggage and guided us up to reception, setting the tone for a seamless experience and stay.

Upon reaching the reception, we were welcomed and offered a refreshing welcome cocktail and an incredibly warm greeting from Loana, who instantly made us feel at home. She took the time to sit down with us and thoughtfully went through a map of Mykonos, recommending a variety of restaurants, local gems, and must-see spots—many of which were her personal favorites, which made the suggestions feel that much more special.

Loana then gave us a full tour of our suite, carefully explaining all the details including how to order breakfast, how to use the in-house spa facilities, and talked through the amenities. Her attention to detail and passion for creating a wonderful guest experience truly stood out.

One of the most touching moments was when Loana surprised us with a bottle of prosecco after noticing it had been my birthday the day before. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel even more personal and memorable.

Throughout our stay, Loana went above and beyond, assisting with car bookings, dinner reservations, and making sure we were always informed and looked after. Her outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality made all the difference and left a lasting impression. Our flight got delayed and she also offered us a later checkout so we didn’t have to wait at the airport.

Everyone we encountered at Mykonos Soul was smiley, friendly, and eager to help—a true reflection of the luxury service the hotel is known for. We felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish.

We can confidently say this was one of our most enjoyable stays, and without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Soul Luxury Suites on our next trip to Mykonos or another island. Thank you to Loana and the entire team for making our stay...

Incredible! We stayed at this hotel last week. It’s a small, 9 room, boutique hotel. The staff was fantastic. Very accommodating, very friendly, very happy. You could see the staff likes to work there.

The rooms were clean and nice. If you’ve been to Mykonos, most hotel rooms are similar with limited offerings. However, this hotel was spacious and done well. If you would like the boutique and quiet feel of a hotel. We enjoyed it because we were a small family and didn’t want a busy hotel scene.

The location is great. Only 8 min to town. The hotel has a car which we didn’t know about until midway through the trip. Really convenient for rides around the island. Also, it is on the windy side of the island, which I don’t mind. And a bit quieter side of the island. But again, we prefer this and nothing wrong.

Food was good too. Wonderful experience in the mornings with breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. They were even kind enough to call outside restaurants for delivery when we wanted something different.

10/10 would stay again. A great place to call home while visiting the island (who stays at their hotel during the day in Mykonos anyways!)
