Worst experience ever. On the 29th of October 2022 at 3:30pm , no one was at coffe shop working , the girl was at another coffe shop clearly talking to some guy ,I had to wait around 15 minutes until she came to serve me , I asked for a bottle of water and gave her 20 euros ,she gave me a small bottle of water and she says it’s 2,90 euros , I asked her if she has a big one and she’s like yea, so I asked her how much is the big one and she said 1,30 euros. So I said to her ok give me the big one then , and she’s like NO I already made the receipt . The girl was super rude refused to give my money back , I asked to talk the manager and she said there was no one I could talk to , she acted like she couldn’t care at all , I asked kindly a few times but she refused to give me the money back . I had to go and call the airport security, at the end thanks to a super kind guy from the other coffe shop they gave me my money back , so I asked the girl to please now give me a big bottle of water and she refused to sell it to me . I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this place. They sell dairy products that are prepared and packaged in-house, yet none of the items have a production or expiration date printed on them. When I asked about it, their response was dismissive and unprofessional — they said it’s not their responsibility to provide that information.

This is a serious food safety issue. Any business that sells perishable products, especially dairy, should clearly label each item with at least a production and expiry date. It’s not just good practice — it’s basic consumer protection. Refusing to take responsibility shows a complete lack of respect for their customers and for health regulations.

I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. This kind of negligence should not be tolerated.

Staff service beyond poor. One was worse than the other trying to pour a beer and a wine, after you get their attention. Too busy chatting and cuddling one another to pay attention to the customer. Prices charged not what’s on menus a total hit and miss what you pay. I asked for 187ml of white wine €9.80. I got charged €21.30 when I challenged the price I was told they didn’t have 187ml so gave me a 250ml size. 🤷🏼‍♀️ At times there were 5 staff behind the bar serving food one side and drinks other but no coordination or system...
