Pension Alkistis — Hotel in Municipality of Nafplio

The Alkistis pension owners are very nice people, very polite and hospitable. The room was however very, very hot, even with a/c, extremely noisy (from 7am until 2am) and our sheets/towels were not changed at all during our 5-day, 4-night stay, even though the room was tidied up in between.|| I have mixed feelings. The owners,staff were very nice to us, the breakfast was filling and promptly served....its just that we had a hard time sleeping due to the excessive noise during the day and people yelling outside our windows late into the night all while sweating profusely inside the room, (with a/c going). Shame actually. The garden is very nice and the pension has a family feel to it. I hope that their season goes well and that they continue to smile and be successful in their business. All in all..... If someone wants a vacation getaway to a small village, Tolo is a nice place to visit. The shops do close down a bit early though. But anyway, I would go there again. thee unforgettable weeks in paradise! The Pension Alkistis is near the sea ( just 2-3 minutes), our room was extremely cosy and clean, our balcony had a wonderful view on the garden, which is definitely the source for inspiration. It was always a perfect getaway as there was no noise, all facilities worked great, breakfast was yummy and nutritious with local organic food (milk products) We didn’t want to eat till the evening as the breakfast was very substantial. The location is great ( bus stop -1 minute walk, supermarket with good prices-1minute walk, a lot of souvenirs shops and cafes nearby). We felt at home as the owners ( Angela and Efna) are the most caring, helpful, friendly and open-hearted hosts We have ever had ( and that’s after a lot of travel experience). Pension Alkistis is a must on your itinerary, it is just the place u will never forget and keep in your heart forever. If Tolo - only this place. Hopefully we will be back next...

Simply great, very familiar ambient, at the center of Tolo, two walking minutes from the beach. We are very thankful for the kindness and care during the time we spent in Tolo! Never expected such a warm welcome, such a beautiful rest and such a friendly goodby. Thank you for this all! We enjoyed very much the homemade cakes and the marmelade!

I can only recommand for everyone! Only 2 walking minutes from the beach, one walking minute from the supermarket, the first bar or restaurant, gift shops and pharmacy. Ideal for staying longer as well...

Maybe the hotel is not that modern, but it is air conditioned, with WiFi, really clean(!) and perfect maintained, with a beautiful and cultivated garden, but actually the presence of family Alkistis makes it round: we felt us cared like family members. See you all next time, and...
