Margaritari Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Thank you to Margaritari hotel for giving me such safe and warm staying experience in Naxos. Especially, during the COVID-19 time,I will definitely come back again with my friends and family! This is the Best of the best!

Due to COVID-19, they provide very high standards for cleaning from chen in to daily clean.

-Check in: Staff always wear mask and put disinfect for room key.

-Room clean service: The room has own small kitchen and balcony, it’s perfect for people who would stay more than a week! You can have room clean service everyday or once for 2 days. Staff put every clean towels into clean plastic bag and keep them very clean with no virus.

-Breakfast: Hotel provides local homemade cuisine such as Naxos milk, cheese and homemade cakes/ rice pudding. You can enjoy the best local breakfast with very fresh taste! Staff will help to pick the food you want and put into plate, make sure there is clean. Staff wears the plastic mask and gloves.

-Service: staff is super friendly and very helpful. They always care about how you feel the stay and share a lot of Naxos best locations to visit. Also, they are professional! I fell down in the street and they are also very helpful...

The Margaritari Hotel was lovely. The staff were always kind and attentive. The room was very clean, in perfect standing and grounds well taken care of. Hot water for showers was never a problem in our room with 4 people and we were given lots of towels for the room (bring your own for the beach as in most hotels on the island). Abundant breakfasts with local delicacies made on site by the owner had much variety. Large terrace with a nice view and a large clothing rack to hang your wet clothing was very welcome. Within walking distance of the town for dinner and beach time if you choose to stay close. A small supermarket with a little bit of everything is also up the street. The only weakness is the slow wifi but local cafés and restaurants always give you a password for theirs when asked. Well located for proximity to beautiful Procopios beach and a few km from Old Town and the port. Great...

The Margaritari hotel was a fantastic place to stay. Our apartment/studio was spacious and very clean, with a very well equipped kitchenette so we cooked some meals at home. From the balcony we had a beautiful sunset view over the ocean. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop, where you can catch regular buses into Naxos town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby at Agia Anna. It was also right near some beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters. We visited Agia Anna, Plaka and Agia Prokopious and loved them all. But most importantly, we felt very welcomed by the lovely owners. They were friendly and hospitable and were always around to help. They always asked us how our day had been. It made us feel at home in Naxos. Perhaps ask the owners for directions if you are catching a bus the first time, as we got a bit lost. We highly recommend this hotel and we hope...
