This place must have some fake 5 star reviews because it is so far away from what is advertised and nowhere near "luxury". There are too many issues to list but here are a few: - The pool is overlooked by a building site and there was constant drilling while we were there, which we were not informed of beforehand - Towels were damp - It was very cold at night and we were only given thin blankets, so we had to wear jumpers and use our towels for blankets - Kitchen equipment was sparse and we weren't given enough mugs and glasses to have one each - Basic amenities like a tea towel, washing up liquid weren't provided - One shower didn't work properly We were so disappointed with the villa we left three nights early but they didn't offer any kind of refund/compensation. The owner was incredibly rude and wouldn't even refund us for the breakfast that we wouldn't be there to eat. There are so many lovely places to stay in Naxos, please don't make the same mistake as we did by booking Naxian Queen.

There is nothing luxurious about this grim and depressing accommodation. The pool is overlooked by a construction site. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, the rooms cold and uninviting. The twin room felt like a morgue and had staff passing directly outside the small window, which meant keeping the blind down and the room dark. The crockery and cutlery consists of a random bunch of cheap oddments. Each day damp towels were deposited, rolled up on our beds, apparently the fault of the machine, when they could be easily dried in the sun. And the omelette for breakfast was the world’s worst, tasting of very old cooking oil. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough and put this awful experience behind us. Such a shame when the location is so good and the pool very nice.

Naxian queen was a disappointing stay. There is a large amount of construction going on next door (see picture overlooking the pool) and around the back of the villa which provided drilling and sawing all day. Breakfast was terrible with oily, cold eggs, no fruit and tiny bowls. The staff were hard to find and it was a challenge to get a glass for every person in the villa, let alone any other kitchen gear. Between the wet towels, unhelpful staff and broken showers we had to leave early. Really nice pool.

The location was perfect...close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. mattress. The grounds were lovely with fruit trees and well landscaped. The breakfast was nice if you came early. Loved the cappuccino machine and warm boiled eggs. The last day we came towards end of breakfast and no toast, milk, and machine didn't work as out of milk...unless you just wanted expresso. The things we didn't like.....the beds were VERY HARD and the twin beds were really unusable. We had 4 adults and the person who had to use the twin beds was miserable the entire stay. It was worse than a plastic crib matress. Uncontollables....there was a dog behind our unit that barked all night long. It was worse for persons in twin room and middle level. Then there was a rooster as well who woke us up before 5 every day. And finally, if you are allergic to cats beware...but there are cats all over the...
