Booked a room for a night here in June and was welcomed warmly by Konstantinos who picked us up by car from the bus stop! The location is a little further from the busiest areas (which we really appreciated) but still within walking distance of the beaches and shops and restaurants, the closest beach is small and quiet with a great sunset view. The family running this place is so kind and friendly - the effort that they all went to for our stay was really sweet. I am still thinking months later about a delicious cheese pie (tiropita) made from scratch especially for us using their family recipe hailing from the island Alonissos. In the 3 weeks spent in Greece and all the tiropita I ate in that time this was definitely the best!

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Owner refuses to refund price after offering me to swim in his filthy pond. I booked this hotel and when I arrived, the pool was completely green and unusable. The staff claimed it was due to bad weather, which is unbelievable since all other pools I’ve seen after that look perfectly clean

Small, friendly basic, but spotlessly clean. A very warm welcome from the family upon arrival. Fabulous breakfasts and snacks cooked by Dimitra, delicious cocktails served by Harry. Plenty of sun beds available near the pool, set in, what feels like, someones beautiful garden. Just sixteen rooms that look out onto a lush green hilly landscape or onto pretty garden allotments. We took a travel kettle for our morning coffee on the balcony and watched as a local tended her crops each morning. Wind eroded beach coves for a bit of cliff jumping, for pedalo hire or swimming are a 10 minute walk away. Family run tavernas with homemade food (that suit all tastes) and lovely gift shops line the Canal D'amore street on which Dimitra Studios are located. Sidari main strip is about 25 minutes walk away - quite bustling at night. We avoided it in preference for the quieter, more authentic Greek experience, preferring to head for Sunset Beach in Peroulades if we wanted to enjoy a sophisticated party atmosphere. We have had the most unexpectedly perfect family holiday and will return Dimitra in the near future. Thank you...
