If you’re looking for warm hospitality, hearty portions, and authentic Greek flavours, Simply Greek in Sidari is the place to be.

From the moment we walked in, the owner Aldi, his partner (the boss!), and the entire team made us feel like old friends. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their food and guests.

The menu offers a fantastic selection of traditional Greek dishes, and let me tell you Every plate was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and served in portions that will definitely leave you full. Even looking around at other tables, I found myself thinking, “There’s no way they’re finishing all that!” (although I’m sure many try).

And the drinks? Let’s just say their generous measures will have you feeling merry in no time – which, in my opinion, is exactly how a holiday meal should be!

Don't actually know where all the 5 star ratings are coming from. Of course you should never judge the place for one visit, but to get 5/5 it should be at least very good. Sadly it was nowhere near the hype, and we really don't have much reason to go again.

The food was okay, just okay, and there was not much wrong with it, except the overcooked shrimps. The main courses were the best of 3 course menu we had, so if you like a good Stifado, then this is the place. But as said, as a whole it was nothing more than ok.

Desserts were ready made from the freezer.

Then the service. Was basic, notvvery chatty and though we were almost only customers in the place, we got next to no attention. I like it when youre not harassed all the time by a waiter, and you can have your meal in peace, but when you take an eye contact with the staff, I expect to get service without having to ask for it.

Otherwise you easily get an impression youre bothering the staff, sitting there...

We had a truly lovely dinner experience. The portions were more than generous – enough to satisfy even the hungriest appetite. Each dish was bursting with flavor, clearly made with care and quality ingredients.

The gentle Greek music playing in the background created a relaxing and authentic seaside atmosphere that made the evening feel special. Prices were surprisingly friendly, offering great value for such quality.

We arrived later in the evening, yet the kitchen was still open – a real blessing when everything else nearby was closing. Even just before closing time, the staff welcomed us with a smile and served desserts with the same kindness and attention as if the night had just begun.
