Absolutely loved this beach. Stunning views over to Albania and the beach itself is very picturesque, framed by the clay rock formations. I visited in mid-October and we were the only ones on the beach - perfect! However, I've heard that this beach is super busy in the summer and that sunbeds are available but pricey - so maybe this beach is best in early (May) and late (Sept/Oct) season. Clear water, not too cold at all, but not as warm as Sidari Beach. Nonetheless, a dip in the sea was super relaxing. It's quite nice. Considering other beaches, this one has actually some natural shade spots. I give 4 stars because the water is not clear here. If you whant to do some diving, it's not the right place for you. The water washes the rocks on the shoreline that are made of some sort of clay and that's what makes it so milky. Seems like pretty much all the northern side of Corfu is like that. To be honest, if I knew that, i might have considered booking my stay elswhere on the island because i like diving. Pretty crowded, especially in the weekend. After 9 o'clock, you cannot find any spot...

Take a few steps further out of town and you will find yourself here. There are restaurants and supermarkets within a minute. Parking is free. There’s more of a beach than the canal d’amor. A short walk off shore is an island where you can sit and look back at the beach. A short swim further a second larger island gives you larger sitting area, an Instagram moment and a view along the coast.

A bonus is the layers of mud in the cliff which can be applied to your skin. Once dry, rinse it off and your skin will feel amazing.

Please don’t tell anyone. Keep it a secret so it doesn’t get...
