Legends Hotel & Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Northern Corfu

me and my friend stayed here from 10th june to 17th june 2013. we would not stay in legends 2 ever again dont mistake these apartments with legends themselfs as there is two parts to this complex but the legends 2 are run down disgusting and infected with mosquitoes the manager of these apartments just wants your money of you and thats it, if you have a complaint about anything you never see her to tell her and you have to go to legends to complain then they end up gettin fed up of it. we had to move rooms as we kept gettin bitten by mozzies then wen we moved the cleaner hadnt even cleaned it as the bed rm window was covered with dead mozquitoes so had to get her to clean that up but me and my friend still ended up bit to death and had to go and av injections done was told it mite not be mozzies but fleas in the apartments which wouldnt surprize me one bit!!! had to ring owner as we got back 1 day from sunbathing and we was left with 1 clean towel as somebody as already mention on ere the cleaner will just hang ur towels out to dry which aint good enough but regardless of that 1 clean towel between 2 of us????? also we had NO BATHMATS for the floor that gets soaking wet when u have a shower and this is VERY DANGEROUS but after complaining to the owner about this she more or less accused me of stealing the bath mats now what would i want with these?????????????? i told her we never had any to start with and if i slipped getting out of the shower then i would sue her.... her answer to that was pack your bags and find somewhere else to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the cheek of it we paid our money and think we had every right to ask for a extra towel and bathmats which didnt do the job anyway! finally she sent the cleaner with a fresh towel and bathmats so problem solved eventually but their attitude is terrible. sidari itself is a beautiful place and would go there again but not stay...

this is now called the secret garden (jet2) it is attached to legends there are only a handful of apartments so it is quite at night the pool is only for the children but you can use all legends facilities pool/bar etc . we stayed in an apartment that had the beds (2x single) upstairs and the kitchen and bathroom downstairs which was a bit of a pain as there was no handrail and was a bit precarious .||there was 2 other things that could make it better a set of drawers and fix the showers ||otherwise it was ok we are not in much anyway so we got used to it after a few days there are safety deposit boxes at reception and air conditioning (payable) i must mention the cleaner she worked tirelessly to keep both the room and gardens clean ||the place itself is only a few minutes walk to the centre (right out of hotel) but the road is busy so if you go through the secret garden to the bottom there are blue gates turn left on the track it takes you the centre without the traffic .||all the staff at legends speak good English and work hard to please with good food and service there is a local bus stop 50 mtr (right from hotel) that takes you to kassiopi/roda/corfu less than 4 euros each way so handy for everything ...

This is our fourth time in Corfu second in Sidari. We booked very last minute so there was very little choice available for our dates.However I feel we fell on our feet.the staff were always pleasant with us especially the owner who cheered me on with my pool games against my hubby .lovely guy.|The pool area is spotless and never any issues for sunbeds.you can buy a really good breakfast there before you head off for the day..|Yes, the road is busy, but that is not down to the hotel.there is a back path through the secret garden just behind the hotel .great during the day but not lit at night .take a torch, perhaps..|The rooms are clean and serviced a couple of times a week.enough cooking facilities for a self-catering apartment. Who wants to be cooking big meals on holiday. Our apartment faced the road but I guess someone has to.all the windows have fly screens and mossi plug in s in the rooms, which were needed as the mossis are rife at the moment due to the weather. |I noted someone had written there was no lift the apartments are only 2 floors, and this is normal for Greece . |We had a great week, no grumbles from us .
