So this was our first trip to Greece, and Greece as a whole is very different. We have been to Costa adeje in Tenerife and many other places including America, Spain, Italy etc. This was our first attempt at a all inclusive, we have previously done self catering. We stayed August first 2 weeks in 2023. We came with 2 adults and a teenager and a 6 year old. I will break our stay into sections, overall experience, pool, rooms, food. Overall experience Actually we had a great time in sidari, but at first where a bit disappointed with the hotel, it overall needed some TLC and cleaning, the food was ok, but a bit samey, entertainment average everything just needed a good update really. I will say the view from the rooms was amazing, the staff are really lovely, and actually we had a great holiday, but it wasn't what we had expected. The hotel is only a few mins walk from everythin The pool So the pool is secluded, however kids can get access to the road which I didnt like, but seemed this was the standard in Greece. The pool was a great size, with a really deep end at 2.5m and shallow at 1.5 and a great size. The sun was on the pool all day, and it had lots of green spaces around it, aswell as a really lovely baby pool next to a play park. The pool is great they allow floats and it is a lovely temperature all day. However there where some flaws; the pool wasn't very clean, when we arrived it was mercky with a ring of green / cream around the edges, this could of easily been delt with. It did clear up a bit whilst we where there, but it needed cleaning and repairing in places. The fundamental flaw is the design, the pool isn't level, and it doesn't have enough inlet water to allow proper filtration, this could be fixed with more water inlet and then some cleaning. The pool has one light broken which had access to cables. But also I just don't understand why they didn't clean it. Pool side There where quite a lot of beds, I never get why hotels don't put quite enough by the pool, but that's just everywhere. People do go down at the crack of dawn to reserve beds, I would go down about 9 and would generally get 2 to 4 beds in a decent place. There is also plenty of shaded places. The beds could do with updating they are currently plastic beds which made the experience feel more 2 star then 3, and the beds covers are well loved, blue and just both not comfortable and need a good clean. If they upgraded these it would change the experience massively. As well the bar has plastic seating, and always blasts the music, a bit too much and too much on repeat. Food The food is ok, I've not had much all inclusive experience and realised I love going out for a meal. The food times are Breakfast 7till 10 Lunch 1230 till 1430 Dinner 19:00 till 21:30 Pool bar 10 till 2300 Pool bar snacks 10 till 12 (cold stuff) Pool bar snacks 14:00 till 17:00 hot stuff The drinks include cocktails, one red wine or white wine, one beer. There is sprite, lemonade, fantat orange, coke, apple, pineapple and orange juice. Bar Snacks include: chips, nuggets, tostie, hot dog, crepes . Eric on crepes is amazing the crepes are brilliant. Also ice cream. It's a canteen style serve yourself for all the other meals Breakfast is usually hot dogs, bacon, egg 3 ways, some form of pastry 2 to 3 types. Then fruit and cereal. Lunch and dinner are similar, they consist of Bolognese and pasta, a rice choice , 2 to 3 meat choices usually in sauce, a fist choice, chips and a random thing, with a meat station for things like kebabs, or lamb but only one to two selections at a time of that . Desserts are usually 2 to 3 deserts The food got samey , the winner was the crepes cooked fresh. Desserts where nice but they layer syrup on stuff so it has a wet texture. (Some not all) Food is good, but gets samey. The serving yourself makes the dining experience speedy and a bit less enjoyable, there's a lot of people crammed Into the canteen and the noise and smells are a bit overwhelming. The room The room is basic, it has aircon, the view is amazing.

We went all inclusive to this 3 star hotel. Room are barely 3 star but very clean and they change the sheets and clean every 2 days, which on average is better than most. We were right at the top of the apartments which means you get a stunning view of Sidari bay. This also means they offer a golf buggy service to take you up to your room. Runs about every 10 minutes. You can walk it, its about 6-7mins but it is steep and you would struggle with the infirm, wheelchair. The pool is large enough to cater for all guests. Grabbing a poolside seat (towel issues as expected) is a big challenge although we never got involved with fighting for a sun lounger. Mental practice in my opinion. The free snacks at the pool bar are fries, hotdog, toasties etc. All local drinks were included, a large number of cocktail choices and they dont skip on the measures! As it is a family hotel, the entertainment is mostly built around children. I was with a 12 year old so we didnt stay out at night with the entertainment. Only so much kiddies songs we could bear 😉 however absolutely perfect for mums & dads with kids. They have alot of employees just geared up to look after the kids, with dancing, colouring etc. They have darts and shuffle board competitions throughout the day, plus water aerobics. So as all inclusive we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tbh, it is too much. Very rarely did we go for lunch. Every night there is something different apart from the obvious staple food (mainly for the kids), chips, pasta/spaghetti/bolognese and for the adults (or kids) there was always salad and a huge choice including numerious sauces. In addition, each night there were choices of meats/chicken/lamb etc, always a fish dish/spinch rolls/greek cheese pies/peppers in sauce/peas/carrots/cauliflower/potato slices and lots of greek traditional food. The were plenty of choice of beds/toast also. Deserts were different every night and again a huge choice. Lots of choice of fruits too. Apples, oranges, pinapple, grapes etc. The staff were all excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Reception staff were really efficient. When we could pay extra to extend the room for a day (due to being fully booked - check out at 12pm flight 9:15pm) they let us keep our luggage in reception and we could still use our all inclusive privileges until we left. Snacks and drinks etc. There is also a small small on site next to reception that sells all you would need. If you fancy a walk into Sidari, its 7 minutes walk. The beach is right next to the main strip (shops/resturants/bars). Dont miss out on the bars and resturants actually on the beach. Food and cocktails are great. All in all, it is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. It wasnt for us as it was too family oriantated. For families, you wont beat it. The food was way above par and staff were 'on it'. Always there to help and constantly looking after you. A solid 8/10 and highly recommended.

Our stay at Panorama Sidari was unfortunately marked by a series of upsetting events that went far beyond a typical travel inconvenience. From the very beginning, we experienced a total lack of flexibility and hospitality. We were a group of families with children and simply asked to join a few tables so the kids could eat together. The request was coldly denied without explanation. This same indifference continued when I asked daily to change our room — going to the reception each morning at 10:30, as instructed — yet I never received a clear response or follow-up. Meanwhile, I clearly saw that other guests were offered better rooms. The disparity was obvious. The hygiene conditions in our room were unacceptable: the kettle was filthy and unusable, the wardrobe smelled of mold, and one morning we woke up to find a bug in the bathroom. We were promised language support in Italian, but no such help was ever provided. I understand Greek well, having lived in Greece 20 years ago — and I can say with certainty that no one truly assisted us in our language. During meals, we were repeatedly treated with coldness and rudeness. One time, while I was serving myself salad, a single tomato fell — and the restaurant staff reprimanded me loudly, causing humiliation. The restaurant manager showed clear hostility and behavior bordering on discrimination, as if our nationality was a problem. Fortunately, some of the girls at reception were kind, and I want to thank Nikolas, the shuttle driver, who was one of the few who treated us with respect. Despite the fact that I tipped from the very first day — as a gesture of goodwill — it was clear that certain staff members, especially in the restaurant, did not welcome us, and at times, their attitude felt outright racist. It was deeply hurtful. To the hotel management: I urge you to review the camera footage. Everything is recorded. The truth is there. The facts speak for themselves. You caused a serious impact on my mental health. I truly thank you for that. I came to Corfu with joy in my heart, because my family lives here and I love the language, the food, and Greek culture. But your treatment made me hate everything I once loved. This hotel may have potential, but it lacks warmth, respect, and humanity. If you are a family, if you come from abroad, or if you simply want to feel welcome, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. During meals, we were repeatedly treated with coldness and rudeness. One time, while I was serving myself salad, a single tomato fell — and the restaurant staff publicly shouted at me in front of everyone, creating a humiliating scene. And worse — they treated my daughter with disrespect. Let me be clear: my reaction in that moment was completely justified. In fact, I could have done more, because I will never accept anyone mistreating my child in front of me. Their behavior was completely out of line and unprofessional.

Kalimera 😄 i was a little sceptical about coming when id read the reviews after booking a late deal to come to the panorama hotel, and despite some comments ( you cannot please them all) i was truly in love with the place from start to finish. Myself & my daughter spent a week ( wasn't long enough) 10 days next time, you will always get the odd bug in your room despite how clean a place is. It's expected. You're in Greece..im only disappointed I didnt get to see more gecko running around. Rooms are basic and maybe outdated to some but they were very cozy , comfy and had everything you needed, the maids came in everyday to clean make beds and leave fresh towels , every time they even folded my daughters night wear so pretty on the bed ( its the little things) very cute & thoughtful. Everyone was so friendly and happy..always had a welcoming smile. The view from our room was spectacular. We couldn't have asked for more. The shower was always hot with great pressure, lots of storage space for clothes and a mini fridge for water..etc. we were in block 5 so was a bit of a walk up. You can get a lift up to your room via mini buggy. Nicolas was our driver most of the time. We met him when we first arrived and he helped us with our cases. He was always so happy and friendly. What a lovely kind gentleman. 5 stars for his customer care and interaction. We had lots to do round the pool . We were never bored .. from aqua gym , yoga darts ping pong etc..was fantastic. They got everyone involved. Emo from Bulgaria was our favourite. He was truly wonderful. He helped me after I hurt my shoulder from water sports. The aqua aerobics really helped. Staff at the pool bar were always welcoming . Didn't have to wait long to be served with lots of options for snacks inbetween meal times. Of course you pay extra for branded but I couldn't fault the all inclusive. You get what you pay for.. everything was perfect and very well accomadated. The breakfast buffet had alot of choice and was impressed by the quality. The dinner and main meals were lovely . A variety of different dishes each night at tea time from Asian , mexican to Greek . So much to choose from. The pool is so warm and clean. The only downfall is it closes at 6pm.. im sure you could still maintaine this if it was open a little earlier and closed a little later. One of the highlights to coming on holiday. The man who maintained the pool took such pride in his cleanliness every day we were there. However the lady life guard didnt seem friendly atal. I offered her a few smiles to be looked straight through and most of the day she spent it with her head down. Especially when walking round the pool. My only other issue was on my last day waiting for my coach. I asked reception if I could take some water from the dispenser in my bottle for the coach to the airport to be told no. Even though every other guest was filling bottles of juice , water etc. She stated it wasn't allowed. I thought id ask anyway out of politeness. We ended up buying some from the hotel shop. I thought it was a little rude considering my all inclusive had already paid for it before I checked out. The shop is great also, it was well stocked with everything you needed and was reasonably priced. Especially for water toys and inatables. For a 3 star hotel id give 4. 5 for the staff as they we're absolutely amazing and made our holiday much more memorable. The night entertainment was brilliant , the kids loved it also. I loved the Greek night the best .. my daughter made a friend which was lovely too. I was sad to leave but will definitely be back next year or sooner with all my family.. the only thing that spolit the mood sometimes was how rude some other guests were. Manners cost nothing. Thankyou for making our holiday one never to forget . Fondest memories kelly&macey. Say hi to Nicolas for us 🇬🇷🫶 i love the Greek islands and the culture. 🇬🇧p.s I added pics but won't upload ....

From start to finish this holiday has been a nightmare. I paid for an earlier flight home for me and my daughter because it was so unbearable. I left 3 days earlier than I should have. We arrived at 2am, there was 1 man working so we were told to check in when we come down for breakfast in the morning, we were given our room key and taken to our block. When going to check in at breakfast, you just get asked what room you are in and just to pay 50 euros tax, no form to fill in, no instructions on pool towels, how to get assistance in emergency or anything. Pool towels were 10 euros each and 10 euros for a safe key. You got the money back when you check out but still who has to pay for a safe key? Why aren't there safes with digital lock? The staff would probably have a spare key for the safe or universal/one key fits all so still leaving your possessions vulnerable.

The rooms were not fit for purpose, imagine that's what a prison cell is like. The beds were really uncomfortable, the bedding very dirty nd old, I wouldn't use the bedding as rags to dry up sick it was so disgusting. The room wasn't cleaned every day so no 'clean' towels. If you could call them clean. Thanks to using these towels which are only fit for the bin, my skin is very sore (same as the pool towels which you were only allowed to change every two days) The bathroom was very unclean, the sink didn't have a plug in meaning anything could fall down the plug. You felt like you needed a shower after getting in that dirty shower. The wardrobe made all of my clothes smell damp. When the cleaners did come in, they just made the beds without changing the bedding, left damp 'clean' towels. They didn't put clean cups or glasses in. The chair on the balcony was broken. Not that I go on holiday to watch TV but the TV was so old you couldn't put anything English speaking on. If I could have watched the TV I would have because the animation staff and the pool bar staff (except for Evita, she was lovely and deserves better in life than having to work for this awful company/hotel) were really rude. The 'lady' who wears black chef clothing and a bandana at the pool bar was extremely rude and shouted at me for standing at the 'wrong' place to get chicken nuggets for my daughter. Alex from the animation team was very rude when he asked what mine and my daughter's name was. He was very rude when I told him we no longer wanted to play his boring game of 'football'. He just screwed his face up. It wasn't football, it was not even sobutio, it was some ancient discs on a table that was so old and never seen before in my life. The 'kids disco' is not for children, the lyrics in one of the songs was inappropriate for children and the dance action to go with it was also inappropriate. The animation team must be going through a grunge phase as they just liked to play depressing music like Nirvana and foo fighters. The resteraunt staff put me off my food because of how rude they were, they stand so close to your table like a goal keeper waiting to catch the ball. Always trying to take your plate before you've even finished your food. The food was slop and gave me a bad stomach every day I was there. Some meals we had to eat at places near the beach because food was so bad. I think it's safe to say that most of the staff have not been trained and must only get a job there if they have no charisma and are very rude. The sun beds are filthy. Children are just left to do unsafe things nearly the pool and are allowed to push each other in. Disaster waiting to happen. Save your money, this place needs condemning. How it got 3 stars...
