Katrina House — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

NEVER AGAIN! Initially, they gave access to the wrong accommodation with a bed that had not been changed, and someone else had slept in it! (see photo). For the 1st night, this meant sleeping on a stained sofa: a mishap for which no apology whatsoever was extended!

Contrary to what's indicated on the website of Katrina House, the building does NOT have a terrace or garden! Nor was there any oven, washing machine, or a working water boiler/kettle or TV (satellite connection that didn't show even one channel watchable!). Change of towels and bedding only once a week.

The local population also knows this is a horrible place to stay, so please be forewarned and avoid it. They chaxrge 3 times more, but it's not even worth...

The apartment is very good, but I was without hot water for a day, which was only repaired the following day and when it was repaired the water was leaking and at night the apartment had a lot of water all over the floor and could only be repaired the following day. The service took too long to solve the problem, it took 3 days to solve the problem and I had to sleep in another apartment the other night to get...

Las personas que llevan los apartamentos no te hacen caso. Nos faltaban unas baterías de la TV para el mando y tampoco tuvimos WiFi. Todo ello se lo hicimos saber todos los dias, vía telefónica, y no nos hicieron caso. Solo pusieron un rollo de papel higiénico para 4 días y 2 personas, que tuvimos que comprar. La TV no posee vía satélite, solo podías ver TV en griego. No hay tostador en la cocina. Por lo general, no lo recomiendo. Estuvimos viendo otros apartamentos cercanos por la zona que tenían una mejor instalación, y además, tenían recepción. La limpieza también deja mucho que desear.
