Mitos-suites — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

Personally, we had a bad expirience. It was almost April 2023 when I booked a standard room for 2 persons for the coming summer: I stayed in that hotel from 12 to 14 of August 2023 (2 nights). The feedback that I am going to share it is not based on the room that I booked because I never received it, but about the room that I received. It was really unconfortable, a very small room with the washbasin in front of the bed...the bed and the pillows were really not confortable, the air conditioner did not work properly, single beds even if we asked for a doubke...Of course, I reported to the property that this was not the room that we booked and the property apologized with me for that situation. They replayed me that they were fully booked and the only solution was to move us the day after in a different room. This option was even not sure because they were waiting for a cancellation. I did not accept their offer because my stay was planned just for 2 nights and the idea to rearrange all my staff the day after did not match my idea to live a relaxed days. Cozy and spacious rooms in the heart of the old town of Rethymno. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and willing to assist you. We stayed there for 3 days and our room was not cleaned because I believe you have to ask for it if you want or need it. Therefore, I recommend it for stay as it also offers silent nights to enjoy...

Wir waren für eine Woche hier und es war die perfekte Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr hübsch. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, das lag aber auch zum großem Teil an der netten Dame an der Rezeption, Athena. Sie war immer unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sie nach Vorschlägen für schöne Strände gefragt und sie hat sofort Buspläne ausgedruckt und mit dem Busunternehmen telefoniert. Auch die anderen Mitarbeiterinnen waren immer sehr freundlich. Außerdem bekamen wir einfach so ein kostenlos Upgrade für ein größeres Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt fast direkt in der Stadt und an der Strandpromenade also perfekt für Leute die auch mal gerne in Bars gehen (man hört in der Nacht aber nicht besonders viel davon bei geschlossenem Fenster). Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß also auch perfekt. Es war wirklich eine 10/10 Erfahrung und ich kann es jedem...
