Apartments Lindian Polis — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

We stayed here because we wanted to be in the actual village of Lindos. We were not disappointed in anyway.||The location is excellent, literally a 2 minute walk to the start of the village, next to a bar, 5 minute down hill walk to St Paul’s bay. It is also at Lindos reception so you can get dropped off easily by taxi to your door.||The accommodation is extremely modern and looks as though it has been recently renovated. Two good size bedrooms, one with twin bed (en suite) and the other a good size double. The beds are very comfortable. ||Both bathrooms have lovely showers with plenty of hot water.||Air con is free, unlike some other accommodations in Lindos.||Kitchen and dining area are a nice size, the outside space has a table and chairs for relaxing and eating.||Staff were excellent and checking in wasn’t an issue. The apartments were cleaned to a high standard too.||All in all, if you want a clean and modern apartment in Lindos then this is highly recommended.||This was our first stay in this accommodation and it will not...

Very nice place super close from the beautiful beach of St Paul’s bay and the main street of Lindos Town. On top of 32 stairs though so if you have a heavy suitcase, ask Alex to arrange for someone to help ;-) Everything is organized by whattsapp with Alex and his lovely wife but once you understand how it works, it’s fine. It’s not a hotel though, it’s a flat with all amenities, small kitchen and fridge. There is no service, no breakfast and no front desk. But there is a cafe next door and tons of nice restaurants nearby. Great place for families or friends. If you are alone, you must choose room 3 or room 1! They are just amazing with private pool/jacuzzi and a beautiful view! Alex and Esmeralda were absolutely wonderful and patient! Alex helped me choose the place, they gave me all info possible, arrange for transferts, taxis and more.. The nicest people I have met in a long time and they both have made this trip great ! ...

Location is difficult to access with luggage, lots of uphill steps. Had to pay for car parking. The studio apartment does not have any eye-level windows and when the doors are open the view is of the raised terrace in front as well as the walkway past to the other apartments, not very pleasant. The beds are just mattresses on platforms - no bed base and very little space surrounding it so difficult for those with mobility concerns. Although confirming our arrival time 3 times prior to the day, there was no-one there to hand over keys and we had to make many phone calls before getting hold of the person with the keys and then waiting for them to bring them (we waited over one hour). We later found there was a spare key in the lockbox so they could have just given us the code instead. Seems overpriced...
