Lindos is entirely given over to tourism. Almost every building is either a restaurant, bar or shop. And shops happily sell authentic t-shirts of the "drink beer, save water" variety. The streets are packed and claustrophobic. Everywhere demands money. It's truly awful and, in general, a waste of time.
The exception was Traditional Lindian House Museum. It's a shop and small museum. The museum pieces on display are mainly those from the proprietor's (herself an elderly lady) grandmother's time in the house, and includes an original wedding bed and other related objects. The shop has some interesting handmade bits and bobs.
