Really gutted about this writing this review as I usually wouldn’t write a review, but I am absolutely disappointed in regards to my stay in this hotel. Firstly we arrived and was provided our room which was ground floor and backed onto a small communal walk way/garden area. Which straight away we made it clear to the hotel we was upset about as we paid quite a lot of money for this holiday. We stayed in this room for one night, which to be honest was very clean and a nice room but during the evening my daughters were sitting outside and older men was walking up and down which obviously upset my daughters. We made reception staff aware we would like to change rooms and was more then happy to pay for a room upgrade even though it cost us enough. we was then told To come back at a different time to view another room which we did and was made to come back again as no rooms were Ready and was not happy with the bunk bed room they tried to offer us. We was then told to come back again to look at another room the next day, baring in mind it’s took us all day having to stay in the hotel to have to keep coming back to view rooms. We then viewed another room the next day and was very happy with the room and was told it was €15 euros to move. Once we had moved all our luggage I asked to pay the amount and was advised it was €15 a night for the room change, I advised reception we wasn’t made aware of this and we have now moved our luggage. Reception staff really wasn’t professional and kept changing there minds on what they was telling us. I advised we would have to go draw more money out to pay for this and we would be back the lady at reception said it would be fine to pay on departure and to not worry. That evening we was booked in for the el a Carte restaurant and was then told we wasn’t as I went to reception to confirm this we was told we MUST make this payment before leaving reception and we need to make payment right now. It was quite abrupt and rude the way we was demanded for this money yet was told previous it didn’t matter as long as before departure. We asked to speak to a manager we’re we was told no manager was in. Then an older man walked towards reception and we was advised he was the manager, I asked politely if I could speak to him to discuss the matter and was completely dismissed and given a filthy look by this manager who just walked away from us and sat behind the reception in his office. I was completely shocked as working in such a hotel you would think as a manger he owes his paying customers at least acknowledgment even if he didn’t have time to speak. From this moment on I made payment on my card and advised I was really Not happy with how we have been treated. Apart from this incident the reception staff was generally not helpful in this slightest nor the reps who didn’t explain any activity’s or approach any of us to let us know any tours or anything that was going ahead. It seems as if once you’ve paid they don’t care what you get up to nor how your trip has been. The all inclusive food was the same thing lunch and dinner and was Luke warm and stale most of the time. The drinks was awful, being put in reusable plastic cups that clearly didn’t get washed as you honestly wouldn’t tell with your eyes closed if you was drinking orange or coke as they all tasted the same. One day I asked for a glass of water and once I received it , it had turned orange as clearly orange juice was in there before and it wasn’t washed out. Moving on from this the one night we found out there was a night out planned for the hotel staff in a Bar called George’s bar we agreed to go. Once arrived there we was completely singled out not checked on by any reps and my youngest 15 yr daughter was attacked by other members of the hotel which the reps brought along No1 even checked we was ok afterwards. We booked a flight home after this and we would NEVER return to this hotel and tbh I don’t think Greece either after! Do...

Staff - Amazingly helpful, the bar staff near the pool was friendly and cheerful, the cleaners were also very friendly and helpful. When she saw us leaving she was waving and shouting bye down the corridor. Food - was nice a lot to eat i would say there is something for everyone the beach bar had burgers hot dogs gyros for lunch very yum. Pool areas - clean and tidy, to get a sunbed poolside you would have to be a early riser if your not to fused about where you lay then your be fine sunbeds everywhere else i wasn't one to sit at the beach but would go for walks there and saw lots of free sunbeds. Beach - Beautiful the sea was calm not a wave in sight watersports not to far down the beach i'd say a 2 minute walk the beach was not to busy there was always a place to sit and you could walk without being in peoples way only thing i'd say negative is the sand was very very hot but that's not anyone's fault that is expected Bedroom - we was on the second floor facing the mountains at the front of the hotel the balcony was a good size with a nice table and chairs there is no handle on the outside resulting on me breaking a nail to try open the door (luckily it was the last day ) the bed is comfortable and made freshly with new sheets everyday plus either side of the bed and one near the dressing table there was a large amount of space next to the bed (would have been nice maybe a little sofa) the bathroom was very small especially the shower was very hard keeping the water in the shower and not flooding the whole bathroom. There was a safe very easy to use with a small amount of wardrobe space. ( please have an iron or ironing board in rooms) I bring my own iron on every holiday but struggle with ironing it on the bed with towels. Entertainment - there is something for everyone i am quite a shy person so i didn't get involved in anything but i did watch and the animation team they where the best even tho i didn't join in any of there sports:beach ball, darts, football, pool volleyball, table tennis, yoga, aqua gym.thats all i can remember pretty sure there is a few more. I believe their names Ethan and Daniel are a duo. They cracked me up watching them. You could see they were having fun as well as working. There were a few more I just can't remember their names. They had a club dance that everyone got involved with. The evening entertainment was really good. Tina Turner was excellent. The best man show was hilarious. I cried with laughter every night and didn't fail to disappoint. There is an information board in the lobby that tells you what's happening each day. The Spa - we visited the spa a few times on this holiday for different reasons 1st my boyfriend went and got his haircut that he absolutely loved said it was better than the one he gets at home i was able to sit and watch his hair cut the lady that did it was lovely i forgot her name but she was from south africa she was very helpful telling us all the places we need to visit on the island we told her we hired a quad bike for the day and she was very caring making sure we was safe. 2nd visit to the spa was for a full body massage and a free facial i believe the young guy who done it for me was Agusto the massage was the best thing i ever did and i would have paid my all inclusive holiday just for that i would recommend going and getting that done especially by him the facial was also very good . The spa itself is very clean and tidy and sets the mood with dimmed lighting and soft relaxing music. The gym is located in the spa as well as the indoor pool and hot tub.
We just love to say thank you for having us and we can't wait to come back one day. Room 252...
Read moreI want to start by saying this is an honest review, and I’ve since seen others mention the same issues. I also became violently sick during the stay, which I now believe was food poisoning. Here’s a full breakdown of our experience:||🚪 Check-in and Room Issues|On arrival, we were given a room key and sent on our way with no escort or support.||When we opened the door, we found a couple already asleep inside the room – a serious security concern.||Reception said it was a “system error” and moved us to a different room, opposite a noisy construction site.||The new room was clearly unused for a while – no soap, dusty blankets, and an overall unclean feel.||We were later upgraded to a sea-view room with a letter of apology, which was appreciated.||When we raised concerns about the incident, the hotel told us we shouldn't worry about our own safety. We tried to explain our concern was for the guests we walked in on – a situation like that could have been dangerous, especially if children were involved.||🥗 Food and Allergy Concerns|I have a dairy intolerance and emailed the hotel in advance – I received no reply.||When we arrived late at night, only the salad bar was available, and most options appeared to contain dairy. Allergen information was poorly labelled or missing altogether.||I complained the next day and this was addressed – signage improved and the kitchen kindly made me a dairy-free dessert later in the week.||As pescatarians/vegetarians, we appreciated the variety, but many dishes were again poorly labelled – we accidentally ate meat a couple of times due to the lack of clear information.||🤢 Sickness and Poor Response|I became violently sick during the trip – at the time I thought it was a stomach bug, but after reading other reviews I now believe it was food poisoning.||When we needed a late check-out due to my illness, we were told it would cost €60 for just six extra hours – quite disappointing given the circumstances. My husband had told reception I was unwell, but this made no difference.||🧖 Facilities and Comfort|The sauna was unpleasant – it felt more like a shed and smelled strongly of stale water. ||The indoor pool also had a stale, unclean smell. Overall, the wellness facilities were not inviting or relaxing.||No air conditioning in the rooms despite indoor temperatures in our room reaching 25°C at night. We were told the AC isn’t switched on until June.||We requested a fan twice – there were none available.||We tried leaving the door open for airflow but ended up with mosquito bites and bugs. This resulted in poor sleep throughout our stay.||🍽 Dining Experience|The restaurant setup felt more like a three-star than a four-star hotel.||Tableware and cutlery could be better quality for dinner service.||The drinks were disappointing – the cola tasted strange, and the iced tea had a strange chlorine-like flavour.||Best to stick to bottled water – although even that took a full day to be replaced when we asked for more.||✅ Positives|Free parking available right outside the hotel.||The beach is very close, which was great.||There was no issue finding sunbeds, so no early morning rush to...
