We arrived late in the evening (after 11pm) and check in was done but only the basics to sort our apartment. Greek Taxes and passport details were taken in the morning to complete check in. We had a sea view apartment with good views on level 4, well laid out with a kitchen area, lounge with two large sofas, chair, TV, sliding doors to large balcony where you can watch the sun rise over the sea (sun in the morning) Table and chairs, Air conditioning. There is a small sink, mirror area with hairdryer just outside the bathroom. Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. The shower is too low for anyone over 5ft10 (I'm 6ft4), there is a glass shower screen on the bath and opposite on the wall is a soap dispenser which is in the way when trying to wash especially if you are tall.
Bedroom is nice, two single beds pushed together, sheets on the bed with a duvet in the wardrobe with extra pillows and towels. Tv on the wall, air conditioning, black out curtains and sliding door to the balcony. Rooms are quiet, cleaned daily (as required) and spacious. Lifts up to the floors. There is a Gym, Swimming pool and small supermarket (one rude/grumpy staff member)
All reception staff are helpful and you are always greeted with a smile.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel, ideal for going to Rhodes or Lindos etc they do get full though and can be late.
Epsilon shopping center has plenty of little shops, a bar and a lovely cafe.
Beach is a 5 minute walk, sun loungers can be paid for 16 euro per day for two with a table and service buttons for ordering food and drinks. You can snorkel from the beach, there is a rocky reef with fish, wear beach shoes and be cautious entering as it is rocky in some areas. This section of beach is a bit stony, the 'sand' is small stones.
Faliraki square is a 30-40min walk along the beach or 30 minute walk along the road.
Would definitely come again, an excellent alternative to...
Read moreI couldn't be happier! We had a best ever 10 day vacation in Rodos staying at Epsilon. We also had hired a car. Very friendly staff. Super clean, modern 2 room apartment with open well equipped kitchen. Good 100 cm wide beds (two put together made it super kingsize). Livingroom had two normal size beds made to sofas with pillows (could also serve as beds for 2 adults). Tv screen on both rooms. Very effective air cond in both rooms. Separate toilet, separate duschstall. Cleaning every day. We had room 606 with beautiful full seaview. Walls to balcony is all wide slidinf windows. No restaurants at hotel, but at 100 meters walk to the beach is nice, stylish Ammades beach restaurant. Ammades runs also the beach beds. Qualitative 2 beds with parasoll 12e/day. Nice waiters you can order everything from restaurant at affordable prices. I sensed a glimpse of luxury at this EpsilonAmmades complex. Hotel has own smaller outside pool on lowest level, free sunbeds. It was nice that you got directly from room floor with elevator to the pool. At same floor big, well equipped, modern gym and toilets. At lobby there is well equipped supermarket. In same building there is a shopping centre of at least 15 traditional giftshops, clothing stores and supermarkets. Even pharmacy and restaurant. Greek people are absolutely friendliest I've met...
Read moreWe had a great experience at Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Sunbeds are available for €16 (for two), and if you want a bit more comfort, a beachside gazebo costs €60. After 6 PM, both the sunbeds and gazebos are free to use, which was a pleasant surprise.
You can order delicious food directly from Ammades restaurant while at the beach. Their menu is fantastic, and everything we tried was top quality and portuons are huge. Just note that the restaurant closes at 6 PM.
The hotel also has a mini market conveniently located near the reception, and there are several souvenir shops nearby. If you plan to visit Rhodes town, the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to explore.
Our room was spacious and well-suited for families, especially if you're traveling with children. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Antonia, who warmly welcomed us (in both English and Swedish!) and even allowed us to check in early without prior notice. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out—this is exactly the kind of service you hope for when staying at a hotel.
Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and family-friendly stay...
