NAYA Beach Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

I tried to book via instagram as they request, asking on the 14 for availability on the 19. They initially provided information, but when I asked if the booking was confirmed they left me on “seen” without any reply (not even “we will let you know asap” for one day and a half. After a couple of reminders, basically just to understand if I had to find another option or not, I got as a reply that I should have respected their business and basically being thankful that they even replied to me in the busiest moment of the year while other clubs don’t. Honestly, if you ask me to pay 50 euro per person plus 50 of expenses per person, this is not the way you should be replying to potential customers. They want to be a Dubai-fashion beach club but they are not. Even when the clubs were totally full, nobody even dreamed about answering me like that! Ah and they also closed the conversarion telling me “THANK YOU FOR NOT SHOWING PATIENCE” - I am speechless. Please find another club, I am sure that there is much better. P.s. We love Naya beach club and have been visiting during our holidays since 2022. Has a great vibe with excellent cabanas and sunbeds, great service to your cabana and great music from live DJs all day. Vibe is a mix of chilled classic remixes, afrobeats & some R&B.

Whole place is beautifully done out and all very instagramable, attracts lots of chill people looking to relax.

Food is fantastic, everything I've tried so far has been really good. Their steak is on par with Hawksmoor and Gachos 👌🏼

I proposed to my now Fiancée at Naya. Naya set up a beach side table for a romantic dinner and helped out with fireworks and all the extras to make it an incredible night to remember. They made it completely stress free so I could enjoy and soak up the experiance! They are really lovely to deal with and a great team!

Cabanas are expensive, particularly if you choose the beach side but in my opinion worth it for the exclusive experiance. Food is reasonably priced given its high quality and drinks are on par with falaraki bar pricing.

Very poor communication. I booked a table for my boyfriends birthday a month in advance via email as there is no booking portal. They then replied to my email stating that they had confirmed the booking. It is a very good job i emailed them again on the day enquiring if my request for a cake to be brought out was on the reservation as they instantly emailed me back stating they they have had to cancel my booking due to booking a private event a week ago and ‘could not contact me as they had no contact details’. This was not true as they had my email address following my booking a month prior. If i did not email them on the day and we had turned up they would have had to send us away? This is very poor customer service.

I was also then told that due to it being low season i could find anywhere in rhodes to celebrate his birthday? Again not very professional. We did get offered free Prosecco or sun beds however we were leaving the next day so could not even use this.
