Hollywood Inn Faliraki — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

The vacation couldn't have been more beautiful. From arrival to departure, everything went perfectly. I have stayed in many hotels, including other hotels in Rhodes, but the Hollywood Inn is the best of them all. If I could give an infinite number of stars I would. The rooms were very clean and very nicely furnished. The pool is small but nice and invited us to sunbathe every day. The breakfast is varied and very tasty, there is a buffet that leaves nothing to be desired and the best thing about it is that it is equipped with traditional, fresh cooked Greek dishes. My best friend and I were more than satisfied. I even forgot my AirPods at the hotel and afterwards the employee at the reception was very keen to have my headphones sent back to Germany. He didn't charge extra for this and said I should see it as a gift from the hotel. I have never experienced such kindness and good-heartedness at any other hotel and a simple "thank you" is not enough to describe my thanks for the great vacation and the wonderful experience with the Hollywood Inn. Hôtel 4/5 : établissement ouvert en 2022 donc tout est neuf. "adults only" : comprendre pas d'enfants donc au calme. 18 chambres seulement.||Pas de service 24/24 mais possibilité d'appeler après 20h en cas de pépin.||||Accueil & service 5/5 : au top! toute l'équipe est aux petits soins, aimables, souriants, très disponibles. vraiment sympas. ||||Chambre 4/5 : bien équipée (clim, frigo, coffre-fort, terrasse ou balcon, TV écran plat, machine à café), spacieuse, literie confortable, décoration simple et discrète, dressing, douche italienne.||Lit refait et serviettes changées tous les jours.||Petit bémol : une vraie porte pour la salle aurait été préférable pour l'intimité ; de plus elle laisse passer la lumière du jour le matin car translucide.||||Piscine 4/5 : piscine agréable, de taille modeste (2 nageurs max), à l'ombre l'après-midi ce qui apporte une fraicheur bienfaitrice. ||||Petit-déjeuner 4/5 : large sélection de produits salés et sucrés, œufs minute, fruits frais, céréales, légumes grillés, yaourt grec ... pas de buffet pour cause de mesures anti-COVID mais un choix à faire la veille ; possibilité d'ajuster le matin même. Mais pas de fromages spéciaux ni de pancakes ou autre crêpe.||Un café géré par la même équipe se trouve juste à côté pour compléter un petit creux en cours de journée (café, glaces, jus de fruits, gâteux, sandwich ...)||||Emplacement 3/5 : proche Faliraki avec sa plage, ses commerces, restos, bars ... 10-15 minutes à pied. Les nuisances nocturnes de la zone touristique n'affectent pas directement l'hôtel mais la route principale qui passe devant est assez fréquentée et bruyante.||Proche de la ville de Rhodes (à 20 minutes du centre ville en voiture).||Restaurant "Mousikorama" juste à côté, de bonne qualité pour dépanner.||||Prix : difficile de juger car nous sommes passés par un voyagiste avec le vol inclus à prix négocié. A 110€ la nuit + 20€ le petit-déjeuner sur Booking, cela semble assez cher mais les prix ont globalement explosé en Grèce (crise + inflation j'imagine). De plus, l'hôtel étant de petite taille, les charges sont réparties sur moins de chambres ... sans doute le prix à payer pour la...

The good parts are that the hotel is clean and some of the staff is polite The bad parts: Fridge doesn’t really work, it doesn’t cool anything. It is the noisiest place i’ve ever been in, it feels like all the traffic from the main road is going thru your room. Rarely you will find someone at the front desk, you have to fill in a paper with what you want to have for breakfast and at what time between 8 and 10 the next day. Acces at the pool is to max 6pm, there is no restaurant (luckily there is a restaurant near the hotel). The food is basic: ham, eggs, milk, yogurt, sausage and not much else.

I for one will never recommend this hotel and will for sure...
