Len Art Aternative Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

Unfortunately I had to cancel due to the condition of the surrounding, loud balcony with the view to the busy street... The room was beautiful though, but this I have home. Pictures were added from the luxurious place they run aside, so they got me for a moment. Only a studio with a loud balcony. The restaurant with breakfast is not here. The building is old and in bad shape. AC loud, I was truly disappointed. I left the busy loud village the same day. I was looking for peaceful places coming from a loud city, I need quite sleep in holidays... Too expensive for a fancy room where you have to cook yourself daily, loud busy street, bad view from the balcony, the AC runs constantly so you sit beside it on the balcony... I could cancel and I'm thankful for the possibility of doing so but I have to be accurate with my reviews... If there are people who don't care the bad review and wanna go for a nice room, this is the place but all outside...

Rented one of the bottom studios with my partner for 6 nights was the best decision we made. Stergos was super friendly and welcoming took the time to show us how things worked in the studio. Also, had his contact on WhatsApp and he sent us a list of recommendations helped be a guide for Faliraki. The studio was clean and everything works. There is a television which was not mentioned in the booking which made it even better if I had knew. Even with the negative reviews about the kitchen we were very happy with the ham and cheese toasties we made as late night snacks and really shouldn't be in making big dinners when there is plenty of good places to eat such as "village taste" right across the road and was very cheap for freshly cooked souvlaki. Overall, we had an amazing time staying here it was so close to everything else made travelling around every convenient. 100000% recommend and...

the location is great, you have the beach and center close but we stayed for 5 days and not once did we have wifi, the owner said that it would be fixed but then he stopped responding to our texts. we had the lower room with a siting area (via picture) the cushion that was on the bench was dirty and not clean, so we just sat on the chairs. If we didnt have data i dont know how someone who is depeding on having a wifi on holiday would survive. The bed was uncomfortable. If ur planning on cooking then be aware theres no basic things like (salt or oil) he gave us salt so that was ok. The walls are pretty thin so the sound from the street is very loud especially at night ( for ex. loud cars). I think if u have room with a balcony the wifi probably works better , we were just unlucky but that still doesnt excuse that we payed for a service like Wifi and did...
