M Mansion — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

I have just got back from a 4 day stay at M Mansion for a surprise 30th birthday trip with my girlfriend and our closest friends.. it was everything I wanted it to be!!

I had been dealing with Martha and she was fantastic, the customer service that was offered from her and the rest of the staff was second to none! So friendly, very helpful and extremely accommodating! Any questions or problems we had, Martha was there to help at all points of the day.

The cleaning and maintenance team were also lovely and helpful.

From start to finish the whole process was flawless.

The property itself is out of this world, the photos do not do it justice, the vibe there is great, location is also great with having a shop just down the road, a beach 15 minutes walk away and some beautiful restaurants in the surrounding towns of Lindos/ Pefkos. All of the bedrooms are very generously sized, all have AC units and plenty of wardrobe space. The overall finishing throughout the villa has a very modern luxury feel while still maintaining a welcoming homely feel. We spent the majority of our time at the outside bar area and around the sun beds. The sun beds are very comfortable and robust. The bar area is an extremely sociable area for eating, playing games or just having some drinks! Great setup

If I HAD to find flaws all I would say is that the sound system is great but it was a bit temperamental in the sense that it would cut out every now and then so we would have to reconnect to it, we was made aware of this tho and again, wasn't a huge problem but if I had to find one it would be that. Also some of the garden lights were not working, I had contacted Martha to let her know and the next day she had a maintenance man out to come and sort it out which was great service yet again but sadly they still wasn't working, this did not impact the trip or our time at all, this is just if I had to find problems...

Upon us leaving we was greeted by one of the cleaning staff who gifted us all a little leaving package which included sweet treats, it was a lovely goodbye gesture and another testament to how great the customer service is.

Overall the stay was incredible, I am already looking to go back next year with my family for a much longer duration. If you are considering staying at M Mansion, I strongly recommend it! It will take a lot to beat the quality of villa, customer service, location and everything in between for the price!!

Amazing... We stayed as a family of 6 adults and loved it. The villa is stunning. It definitely has the WOW factor from the minute you pull up at the gates. There are electric gates to the large drive with a carport for keeping your car cool in the sun. We found this really helpful. The 3 bedroom suites and 3 further bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There's also a nice sitting area, a games room with a ps5 and loads of toys if you're travelling with children. The whole house is kept cool with air conditioning which works excellent. Outside is definitely the best of the best! A gorgeous pool, plenty of sunbeds which are very comfy, a relaxing area for sitting in the shade, a large dining table; also in the shade and a table tennis table. Then there's the bar...fantastic, it has shade, a huge barbecue, fridges and yet another place to sit, we used this area loads for games nights. There's also a large hot tub/jacuzzi.

M mansion is about 10 minutes walk into Pefkos centre which has loads of fantastic bars and restaurants. Maybe 20 minutes walk to the beach. The only reason we gave 4 stars for location is the uphill walk back, it's steep and hard work in the heat. But, saying that, it certainly wouldn't put us off returning. There's a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill and costs €5 - €6.

The negatives, the WiFi doesn't work in the pool suite, not a major issue. There are a lot of ants outside and in the kitchen. We rang Martha and it was dealt with quickly. They did return but not as bad. The massive positive is Uranella. She came every morning with fresh towels, emptied the bins, cleaned and mopped. She is so friendly and nothing is a problem for her. She came on our last day with a gift for every one of us from the company. She is definitely the face we saw as the company and they should be proud of her. We would all recommend M Mansion as a luxurious holiday. We can't wait to...

We had an awesome experience at the M Mansion!

The villa is perfect. The rooms are all modern and feel new, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the pool section is built for chilling with a view that gives a secluded feel. Just look at the pictures.

The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. For example, we had multiple changes in our itinerary, and they were always friendly and accommodating. The cleaning lady came every morning and also did a great job.
