Surprise et extrêmement déçue de la médiocrité du petit déjeuner de l'hôtel, qui surtout ne correspond absolument pas aux photos diffusées sur leur site ou postées sur cette page au cours de ces trois derniers mois ! Je suis naturellement allée demander des explications à la réception, qui a feint de ne pas comprendre de quoi je parlais, et m'a assuré qu'il n'y avait aucun problème, que le petit déjeuner en question était la version normale et habituelle... Les photos parlent d'elles même, le voici donc : c'est un petit déjeuner servi en panier donc vous choisissez les options sur une application. Si vous les prenez toutes on vous apportera donc : - 2 dosettes de café - des biscottes - un oeuf dur - un "sandwich triangle" (une tranche de fromage et de pseudo-jambon entre 2 tranches de pain de mie blanc sans beurre) - des chocapics - une nectarine pas mûre - du beurre / miel / confiture - du yaourt grec - il manque sur la photo le "jus", à savoir une boisson à l'orange ultra sucrée, mais qui ne peut même pas être cumulée avec les "céréales" avec du lait, c'est un choix à faire sur l'application dédiée. Afin de faciliter la comparaison je joins également des photos diffusées précédemment sur cette fiche google. C'est indiscutablement le petit-déjeuner le plus médiocre qu'il m'ait été servi dans la vingtaine d'hôtels que j'ai pu fréquenter en Grèce au cours de ces 5 dernières années - petits-déjeuners paniers compris - le pays étant tout de même réputé pour sa cuisine et sa générosité !!! Je suis d'ailleurs descendue après dans 2 autres hôtels à Serifos, et le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec des spécialités locales faites maison qui plus est. Il se trouve que le critère est déterminant pour moi dans le choix d'un hôtel et que je vérifie toujours ce qui sera servi, raison pour laquelle ce point ne pouvait pas m'échapper... J'enlève donc 1 étoile pour la médiocrité du petit-déjeuner, et 1 autre étoile pour l'attitude mensongère de la direction. C'est dommage car ceci mis à part l'hôtel me donnait toute satisfaction, j'espère donc que ce commentaire les incitera à adopter une attitude plus correcte vis à vis de leurs clients.

Stiamo stati presso la struttura Medusa per una settimana e non avremo potuto fare una scelta migliore! I punti di forza del posto sono: 1. È vicinissimo al porto, si può arrivare in un'attimo ai ristoranti, essendo ben collegato con varie spiaggie molto belle. Dunque anche per chi non prende una macchina è da prendere in considerazione. 2. Se siete in macchina, il posto dispone di un ampio parcheggio, che non è da ignorare, visto che le strade sono abbastanza trafficate. Noi avevamo il motorino e abbiamo sempre parcheggiato sotto la nostra stanza. 3. Lo staff è meraviglioso, Andreas è molto gentile e allo stesso tempo discreto. Ci ha consigliato belle spiagge e ottimi ristoranti. 4. La colazione in camera, gratuita! Questa è stata una perla a cui non ci aspettavamo, ma ogni gg tramite un form abbiamo ordinato la colazione che veniva portata in stanza in un intervallo orario da noi scelto. Da precisare che le capsule di caffè per la macchinetta erano Borbone e la macchina Nespresso! Visto che in Grecia è difficile trovare un buon espresso, abbiamo tanto apprezzato questo dettaglio. 5. La nostra stanza aveva una vista meravigliosa (da guardare le foto con ls luna...) ed era dotata di una piccola cucina attrezzata per fare cose veloci, come insalate. Di nuovo, da non sottovalutare. Per pranzo siamo riusciti quasi sempre a cucinare qualosa 6. La pulizia; tutto molto curato, ogni giorno le signore passavano a mettere a posto la camera. 7. Alla fine Andreas ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino per festeggiare il nostro viaggio di nozze. Raccomandiamo calorosamente questo posto!

The place was spectacular and the owner, Andreas, did much more than expected. He picked me up at 1 am from the port because the ferry was delayed 11 hours. Lots of tips on where to hike and what beaches to visit. The room has an amazing view of the bay and everything worked perfectly and was high class. The breakfast was huge and included yogurt, pastries, a hard-boiled egg and local marmalades and sweets. He also let me stay longer past checkout to wait for another ferry since the room was not needed. Thank you Andreas!

To whom it may concern, and to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience,||This complex exceeded all our expectations.||From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized and we received all the information we needed. We were even upgraded to a beautiful apartment with breathtaking views of the sea and the charming village of Livadi.||The architecture of the complex is stunning, combining traditional white-and-blue Cycladic style with natural stone elements, all nestled within a spacious garden filled with trees and greenery.||Breakfast was a daily highlight—not only was there a great variety, but every product was of excellent quality.||The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and convenient on-site parking is available as well.||We will absolutely be recommending this place to others and sincerely hope to return soon with our entire family.||A heartfelt thank you once again to Andreas and Dhmitra for their warm hospitality and kindness.||Warm...

A gem to stay in Serifos! Excellent accommodation, everything is brand new, beautiful rooms and appartments, very very spacious, great attention to detail, excellent modern kitchen, super clean, and with beautiful verandas having a sea-view most of them! Very nice island-style traditional architecture, set out in a big property with parking spaces for everyone, and a great location 2-mins walking distance from the center of action, the Port/Livadi. Peaceful, spacious and quiet, great price compared to the rest on offer in the island, excellent location and top quality. Medusa is the best option in Serifos! Andreas, the owner, is an excellent manager and host. Always polite, helpful in anything you need, reliable, honest! We had an extreme emergency in Serifos a few hours before traveling out, and Andreas turned everything upside down to help us! We resolved it because of his input, we are always grateful to him. The most amazing accommodation!Andreas made sure that we enjoy our stay at his property from the moment we arrived until the day we said goodbye! He has created his own page where he gives you tips on what places you should visit (depending on the weather for example), where to eat as well as discounts on a few restaurants and bars ! well designed rooms with great mattresses and all the amenities you might need! Extra pillows and blankets are available in each room. Very fast internet connection and air conditioning which is very much needed during the hot summer months. Breakfast box was a great surprise! And let me not forget to mention how clean the whole property was ! Not just the rooms ! The whole property! Only 10 min walking distance from the port and all restaurants,bakeries and supermarkets! The property has a private gated parking! |To sum up this was an incredible experience and we shall visit...
