Fotini Studios 2 — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

I stayed at this place with my partner for the first time and am already looking for the date for next year.

Fotini Studios 2 is maybe a 3 minutes walk from the beach, main road where you can find restaurants and stores.

It is a quiet place and perfect for families that want some peaceful stay during their vacation.

It is a two story building with 3 apartments per story.

Right next to the building there is a free parking with natural shade. A big plus for me since I came to Greece via car.

The aparment on it's own, the one we used, had oke double bed and one single bed, small kitchen small fridge, wardrobe, TV, bathroom, and AC!

Probably the best part of it was a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your mornings and evenings just lazing around (the sun is stronger during mid day so I do not recommend staying out at that time).

The hosts were amazing and polite, they will also provide you with towels and basic necesseties upon your arrival and will come and clean the apartment and change your towels and bedevery five days. Which is an amazing service since this is not a...

We are a couple stayed at Fotinis 2 apartments from 8 to 10 July 2018; the studios were difficult to find, and Svetlana or her husband difficult to get in touch with. Apartment very basic with a nice comfortable balcony with chairs and beach umbrella and clothes horse. The beds with high and hard pillows, the bathroom was small with no curtains around the showers so the entire toilet was splashed with water toilet paper included. Very thin walls you could hear everything from your neighbors , and at night bugs coming out of the bathrooms. Location 2 minutes to the center an d the beach, on a nicely kept garden shame for the house in front incomplete construction. This place was much more than we expected. The entire yard is like a botanical garden, as well as the terrace fences, which are full of flowers. The rooms were cleaned every 3 days. The cleaning team was fast and efficient. Since the house is a bit secluded from the main road, you can hear the birds chirping and bees buzzing nicely.
