House Anna Houhlia — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

My rating is based on several reasons:

We had issues with the air conditioner, which was only blowing hot air. Since the staff here don't speak English, we had to communicate with another person via Viber and email. Although a technician came the next day, he didn't fix the problem. After informing her that the air conditioner still wasn't working, she stopped responding to us. It was unacceptable to go five days without a functioning air conditioner.

The hygiene in the toilet was poor, and the hot water flow was very low.

The internet speed was very slow and unstable.

The place is noisy even at night, with cars constantly moving around. Imagine trying to sleep in such a noisy environment when the air conditioner doesn't work, and you're left without any relief.

We had a wonderful stay in June at the Anna Houhlia house for 18 nights. Everything was perfect, a splendid and attractive estate with everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant holiday for a family. The garden house is comfortable and well-maintained. There is an exquisite garden with barbecues and a children's playground. The estate is in an attractive location near the Nikiti and Agios Nikolaos with tavernas and shops, as well as 20m from the sandy beach and about 1km to other stunning beaches in Vourvourou, like Karidi and Fava. The villa has a beautiful courtyard with a barbecue, entertainment for children, and a parking lot. Markets and restaurants are about 900 meters away, there is a small unkempt beach across the road about 20 meters away, the owner only speaks Greek and German, but we manage to come to an agreement, the apartments are not big but have everything you need... maybe the interior needs renovation... but it's not urgent.
