There is no actual breakfast, though the accommodation claims to have one. 2 pieces of pastry do not form breakfast. And there are no drinks or anythign else included. Not a particularly friendly host. She was very rushed in her way of being and hearing things like: the old people are with you and ah you seem to be difficult with the food is not really on the polite side. Yet, reservation was easily arranged and she was helpful in her own way. There is no wall or curtain to the shower. Expect to clean the bathroom from the shower flood every day. In our room, the air conditioned was in the kitchen, not in the bedroom. Walls are so thin, that you get woken up either by cars or by the simple conversation of the neighbours next to your walls. A wonderful hotel with wonderful hosts. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Rooms are cleaned every day, clean sheets are provided every three days. The rooms always smelled clean and nice. When we arrived, candies were waiting for us on the pillow. Each apartment has a large terrace with seating and a drying rack. In front of the hotel there is a private parking lot for guests, so we always had a place. The breakfast was very rich and abundant and there was food for everyone's taste. There was also a lot of delicious dessert. The hosts were very kind, they explained everything about Sarti and were always there for us, we felt like family. We are so glad to find this beautiful place and also beautiful owner. Here is the place where hospitality is very important and everything you can need, you will receive with kindness and respect. We booked for a buget family studio at basement, but the conditions were the best. Anna and her family are peerless! Everyday the basic housekeeping services are done and each 2 days the towels and the bedsheets are changed. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. The location is also one of the best because is close to South part of Sarti, which is quiet and breezy than the center or North Sarti. We will come back for sure in this place! Thank you...
