"MY RESPOND TO YOUR MISLEADING ACCOUNT" Your response is a complete misrepresentation of what occurred. Let me set the record straight:

I observed multiple patrons smoking indoors while your staff did nothing to address it. The smoke was clearly present throughout the establishment, not just in designated outdoor areas.

Regarding my order, I specifically requested a Freddo Espresso with an extra shot FROM THE BEGINNING - not as an afterthought. At no point did you inform me this would incur an additional charge until after. BTW the cup was only half full. This is deceptive pricing practice.

Your characterization of my reaction is entirely fabricated. I simply questioned why I was being charged for something that wasn't disclosed upfront. At no point did I insult your staff - I asked for basic transparency in your pricing and you need to fill your drinks not just half cups that too is deceptive in your business practices.

Your attempt to deflect legitimate criticism by falsely claiming I was rude only reinforces my concerns about your establishment's business practices and customer service standards.

I expect businesses to honor their advertised prices and be upfront about additional charges before preparing orders. Anything less is unprofessional at best and deliberately misleading at worst.

This is a great place to have breakfast or a light snack or coffee or drinks. We had breakfast with Rakomelo here. For me, the highlight was Rakomelo. Raki with honey served warm. Not all places in Greece serve this. Graffiti Music Cafe has it. It was great! The food was good. The prices decent. People can smoke inside. It's a chill place.
