Lefteris House — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

If you are searching for a quite and cozy place away from the crowds of tourists, this will be the perfect place to stay in Santorini. Our apartment was very nice, clean and cozy, and with wonderful terrace and nice view. A nice and light breakfast was served in the room at the time which best suited for you. But besides all the things mentioned before I should definitely mention the owners - Lefteris and his lovely wife. They are so kind, so helpful and welcoming. I have traveled quit a lot, but I have never had such a warm and welcoming hosts. We were having a wedding in Santorini, and they helped us a lot already before we came there with planning and giving us advice about everything we needed. They picked us up from the airport, and helped with driving on our wedding day as well. After coming home from the ceremony our apartment was decorated with flowers and candles. We can't even thank them enough for everything they did to us! If we will ever go back to Santorini, we will definitely stay in this place again, and would strongly suggest anyone else to...

This accommodation is in the traditional village of Karterados which is a 10-15 minute easy walk from busy Fira. Our apartment was exceptionally clean, with everything we required, and the owners were particularly kind and helpful. Our main reason for choosing Lefteris Houses was that it had a washing machine and, as we were travelling light, we required this mundane but necessary facility. If you want to be in a reasonably quiet place we would highly recommend these apartments. There is an excellent family-run restaurant in the village, Kyra Niki, and the bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the apartments. There is also a supermarket and some bakeries in the village along with other small shops, restaurants, cafes etc. We particularly liked the Erotikrotos bakery beside the bus stop, which made very good coffee. We would highly recommend Lefteris Houses and look forward to hopefully returning in the future. Mr and Mrs Lefteris run a small complex of apartments, suitable for family holidays at a very reasonable price. I can hardly imagine friendlier or kinder owners; Mrs Lefteris delivered breakfast to our door every morning, at the time of our choice. She cleaned the apartment every day, changing all the sheets and towels. They even gave us a bottle of wine on our last evening!||||Our apartment was reasonably roomy and attractive, without being luxurious. We were very happy with it. The free WiFi operated most of the time.||||The complex is attractive. It has a small pool, which is lovely for relaxing. The pool and the whole complex is kept spotlessly clean.||||We liked staying in Karterados, as it is less touristy than some other towns, while being very close to Fira, but centrally located for visiting all parts of the island. There was no noise at night. The village has a few restaurants, a good supermarket and two great bakers.||||In conclusion, I can certainly recommend...
