Neapolis 21 — Hotel in Skiathos Municipality

We really enjoyed our week here. The room was perfect for us, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Our room was exactly as was presented in the pictures, furniture is modern, AC is working very well and a useful small fridge perfect for keeping few drinks cold. The room was spacious enough even if it's not the biggest in this building. Everything was clean and even if it's not a hotel, there is room service - rooms are cleaned daily, bed is arranged, towels are changed and bins are cleared. I've liked the good placement of the electrical outlets (either side of the bed) and on the desk where is also a wireless charger. It's 5 min away from the center of the old town and the port. In the proximity you can find many restaurants and shops. Panos (the host and owner) is super friendly and open to help with anything he can. He made contact with us the day before our arrival and maintained communication with us to be in sync with our taxi from airport to give the access card. He helped us with some useful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and in general was available at any time to respond on whatsapp if we needed something or even in some days he checked on us to see if everything was fine. What an experience! We had the upper suite with penthouse flair and you have basically the best view over Skiathos town. Apart from this you have a super modern, clean and well equipped suite in perfect walking distance to the city center. The owner was great, offering us always perfect assistance in any questions we had for Skiathos during our stay - whether about renting a boat, spending a day in Skopelos or enjoying good food in restaurants. Back in Skiathos we would definitely go for this...

Страхотно местенце! Много ни хареса стаята, всичко изглежда като на снимките! Всеки ден се почистваше стаята, оправяше се леглото и се носеха нови хавлии и халати. Домакинът беше изключително отзивчив, попитахме за ютия и той ни набави, въпреки че не е налична в мястото за настаняване. Намира се само на няколко минутки от централните улички на града. Единствените минуси, които намирам, са че има малко баирче, което трябва да се качи от центъра до мястото и ако не се затвори входната врата на сградата, кънти от минаващите мотори цял ден и вечер.
