Mr. Mario, the owner is an excellent gentleman, speaks fluid English. Very organized and welcoming.Experienced traveler will recognize the importance of huge free parking, any time of day or night.The apartment is almost like new, and has everything that you should need on a vacation. There is a very pleasant lady that doesn’t speak other than Greek, but you’ll be able to understand each other with no problem. Like a grandmother that you’ve always wanted to have. Air-conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi, hot water, pool and parking are all free (calculated in the price), and are unlimited. Location is ideal for escaping from traffic and noise. Fresh air and silence. All in all, great host, great communication, no misunderstanding . Everything like advertised and more.We feel lucky to come across such a fine people and accommodation.Recommended for family.We felt like we were staying with relative who has a house at sea. It is 500 meters from the beach in Limenaria, however it feels longer, takes around 5 minutes to walk there. It is closer the the expensive, touristy part of the beach, so my advise is to walk further, closer to the ports. The rooms are quite good, we got a studio, there was a TV, a fridge, a balcony, a bathroom, and most importantly, and AC. We lived on the 0 floor, and there is an ant problem there. Also, when you shower you gotta be careful because if the water overflows it WILL flow into the room because the water crate on the bathroom floor is not...

Το δωμάτιο (δίκλινο ισόγειο) το βρήκα λειτουργικό σε χώρους & αρκετά άνετο, ωστόσο εκτιμώ ότι έχει περιθώρια βελτίωσης. Σε επίπεδο booking ήταν άμεσος & πολύ εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτήτης & μάλιστα μας οδήγησε & προς το κατάλυμα. Για οποιαδήποτε ανάγκη προέκυψε την 1η μέρα της διαμονής μας εξυπηρέτησαν οι κοπέλες της υπηρεσίας δωματίων εξίσου άμεσα & το εκτίμησα πολύ . Το κατάλυμα καθώς δεν βρίσκεται στο κέντρο, αλλά σε περιοχή με ανοικοδόμηση & αγροτεμάχια, χρειάζεται να έχεις αμάξι αλλά οι αποστάσεις είναι μικρές .Λόγω των αγροτεμαχίων δυστυχώς το μόνο πράγμα που μας ταλαιπώρησε 2 συνεχόμενα βράδια ήταν μερικές μη φιλικές αράχνες.Τωρα εάν επειδή σκότωσα τη μία και γύρισε η 2η για εκδίκηση δεν το γνωρίζω ,αλλά μια απεντομωση πριν την έναρξη της σεζόν θα ήταν καλό να γίνεται για να αποφεύγονται οποιεσδήποτε αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις σε μέρη που θεωρώ τίμια τη σχέση ποιότητας παροχών & τιμής.Το κατάλυμα δέχεται εισιτήρια κοινωνικού τουρισμού & επίσης με καθοδήγησε ο ιδιοκτήτης σε ο,τι απορίες είχα, καθώς δεν είχα προηγούμενη εμπειρία....
