Fexulis Studios & Suites — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

I would recommend Fexulis Studios to absolutely every body I know. It is so perfectly located in the beautiful north of the island with a really short walk down the hill into the small port town of Agios Nikolaos. ||||The Accommodation - After driving down a short drive way lined with olives trees the studios is located near to the sea which gives the eye fantastic views. It is so very clean, the air conditioning and wifi (good connection speed) is faultless and Andreas and his family are so kind thoughtful and welcoming and helped us with every question and request. They provide a really delicious buffet breakfast for only €6 per person available from 8am-11am, a great way to start the day.||||Getting around - Before we went I had been looking into the north of Zakynthos and getting around the island and I had read that a car/moped would be essential. This is very true and I would highly suggest that if you really want to explore the best bits of the top I the island hire something. We hired a moped/scooter which was AWESOME. Andreas sorted it out for us and a guy delivered it the night we arrived for €25 a day, SO WORTH IT. ||||Food and Drink - There are a really good handful of places to eat in Agios Nikolaos especailly La Storia which specialises in fresh fish and traditional Greek Cuisine. If your looking to get wasted and dance on tables, this not the place unfortunately but for a few beers or a bottle of wine it definitely is. ||||I would so highly recommend Fexulis because we had such an amazing time and it was the perfect base to explore the idyllic beaches, views and restaurants of the island, would...

This is the second time we have stayed at Fexulis because we liked it so much the first time. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. They even helped us out because we had to move rooms during our 10 night stay - our favourite room, the top floor family room, was not available the whole time. They let us keep our bags in the first room and moved all our luggage into the new room for us whilst we enjoyed the beach. The top floor room is amazing because of the 360 terrace with views all the way to Kefalonia. The rooms are extremely clean and are cleaned every day during your stay. Every 4 days towels and sheets are also changed. They even arranged my daughters stuffed toys in cute and funny ways on her bed every day. There is a small kitchenette with basic equipment and a small stove, so you can prepare simple meals. There are several amazing restaurants and bars within a short walking distance from the property and the port of Agios Nikolaos is maybe a 15-20 minute walk...

We love Fexulis Studios so much that we have stayed there twice. It is perfectly located at the end of a drive through an olive grove and very close to the sea. If you are lucky enough to get rooms on the top floor or the first floor you will have wonderful sea views from your terrace and window. The place is utterly spotless and is beautifully looked after. The family are extremely kind and helpful and their son Andreas speaks good English and is always happy to answer any questions about anything in the vicinity. Each morning there is a buffet breakfast open until 11am. Again everything is spotless and well presented.
