Better choose another hotel. This is not a 4-star hotel, the rooms are small, if you book a room for 3, be prepared that one bed will be a child's, it does not look like a normal bed in the room. There were only 2 sockets in the room, which is not enough, but they argued it to us like this: "we have this layout of the rooms", one of which was not accessible properly and I constantly had to move the bed away. In a 4-star hotel there should be bathrobes, slippers - here you will not have this. I'm even silent about the super loud toilet flush and the salt water in the shower. As for the breakfast - the norm, quite a small selection, but it was delicious. We never saw the gym and sauna, as stated in the description. The pool is only available from 10 to 18, and the bar in the hotel only until 19:00, although the leaflets that you are given when checking in indicate until 23:00. As for the staff: the young lady at the reception was unpleasant. She constantly interrupted and only repeated "I am trying to help you", although this was not the case. On the first day of our stay, we heard from her "there will be no breakfast today", when I asked if there would be any compensation for this, she simply repeated "it happens that people can get hurt, so there will be no breakfast". Guess what? There was breakfast, if we had not seen for ourselves at the time of the conversation that other people were going to breakfast, we would not have received it. In addition, this lady gave false information to the other staff, because the lady from the kitchen started talking to me and she said that it was as if I was complaining that I could not find where to have breakfast and was blaming the staff. Only the manager then tried to somehow fix the situation, offering free cocktails and a room change. But the room was identical, and in the middle of the night we woke up to water leaking from the air conditioner. The only people I want to thank is the cleaning ladies , they were the only ones in this hotel who were friendly. and when you check in, you will be charged an additional fee for a tax that there was no information about before :) this is definitely not 4 stars, maximum 2. This is a deception of people, the vacation was ruined because of this attitude of the staff and such inconveniences from the hotel.

I was dissapointed while staying in the hotel for a week. The factor that bothered me the most was that we booked a 4star hotel and expected a certain standard, however this is not a 4star hotel. I read that it was renovated a few years ago, however it seemed like a sloopy work done. Nevertheless, the room was quite spacious had nice balcony and tv. It also had aircondition (the aircon worked only if you were in the room). The bathroom was also spacious with hair dryer, however it could be cleaner and a showering kit could also be provided, at least soap and shower gel. In the room there was a refrigerator and a safe box. For the last you would have to pay to get the key. The staff at the reception was not nice. I went to ask for a wifi password and the guy sitting there didnt even greet me and just nudged with attitude at the paper stating the info I needed. Neverthless, the wifi worked ok. Following the corona situation we had to order a room cleaning, if we needed this service. It was promised to be done the same or the latest the next day. At the end it took them 3 days. Moreover, the cleaning ladies were almost every morning chatting in the hallway very loudly, which woke me up few times. The breakfast was due to corona served with restrictions (you showed at the buffet what you wanted and staff put this on the plate) which did not bother me. After staying there for a week the food became very dull, as every day it was the same (eggs, bacon, some pastry, yogurt...). Overall, for me the hotel would meet the expectations if would have less stars rating, as I expected a higher standard.

Были в отпуске в этом отеле в сентябре 2023 года. На фотографиях отель создавал впечатление хорошего и довольно современного отеля. По приезду оказалось что отель уже очень уставший и неухоженный. Заселили нас на первом этаже напротив рецепшен. Наш номер (как и все на первом этаже) находился в ровень в землей и наш балкон был так сказать террасой огороженной перегородкой. По этой причине весь отдых мы провели в зашторенными шторами, т.к. все проходящие мимо люди видели что происходит в номере. Дополнительно был постоянный шум. Сам номер не произвёл впечатления. Из плюсов - наличие чайника и кондиционера ( который шумел и мы подложили салфетку под крышку чтобы уменьшить этот гул) также был закодированный телевизор (так что ютубом или чем-либо другим воспользоваться не было возможности). Ремонт был уже очень потрепанный, истертое изголовье кровати, все поюзанное и без ощущения чистоты. Ванная комната это тоже отдельная тема в этом отеле. Слева у пола вкручен стопор для двери чтобы она не била в стену и поэтому дверь не открывалась до конца уменьшая и того маленькую ванную. Мыльница отсутствовала - мыльце которое выдавал отель приходилось класть просто на край умывальника что создавало неопрятность и грязь. Кроме мыльца кстати больше ничего не предовтавлялось. И Дозатор в 2в1 шампунем и гелем для душа прикрученный в душе. Унитаз находился между душем и умывальником. Вентиляция в ванной комнате осуществлялась путем открывания окошка в стене которое вело внимание в коридор. Поэтому в ванне или была духота или вы будете открывать окошко и слышать как ходят и разговаривают соседи в коридоре. Уборка за 10 дней пребывания у нас произошла всего два раза (хотя мы вывешивали табличку и в оферте была утверждена уборка каждые три дня). У нас за 10 дней повторюсь уборка было всего два раза из них белье поменяли один раз, в остальном уборка заключалась в выбросе мусора и мытье пола. Каждое утро когда мы шли на завтрак мимо рецепшена уборщицы ходили с вениками около рецепшн, там прямо у входа стоят два больших вазона с цветами и в них полно окурков. И каждый раз я обращала внимание убрали ли эти окурки, но нет. И чего следует выбор что уборка там скорее для вида чем реальная. Так же в столовой пол, стены, окна очень грязные. Столы внутри зала чистые но за стенкой уже грязные, хотя там также садятся кушать люди. Питание в отеле оценю положительно. Единственный плюс который мне понравился. На завтрак в основном был одинаковый набор, периодически что-то менялось ( это были яйца, скрембл, бекон, вареные яйца, овощи, тосты, чай, кофе и тд) На ужин всегда было несколько видов мяса (свинина, курица, говядина, баранина, телятина, рыба - менялось) но в одном ужине было минимум три вида мяса, три - четыре вида гарниров, свежие овощи, салат, хлеб, кофе и чай также были в цене и десерты обычно 2-3 вида. В целом отель позиционирует себя как 4 звёздочный и налог платите тоже как за отель 4 звезды. По факту 2. Но и цена у отеля на уровне я бы сказала 2-3 звезд. Самый большие претензии у меня по уборке отеля в целом и номеров. Кстати в отеле также имеется в доступе качалка в которую один раз сходил муж, по его впечатлению там воняло, было грязно и большинство оборудования было или сломано или разбросано. По всей видимости в Греции в целом сервис не на лучшем уровне и отель где есть кондиционер не за доплату эту уже невесть какой сервис =) Возможно если бы наш номер не был на первом этаже отдых можно было засчитать как удачный, так что если вам дадут номер на первом этаже сразу же просите замену.

Only the manager then tried to somehow fix the situation, offering free cocktails and a room change. But the room was identical, and in the middle of the night we woke up to water leaking from the air conditioner. To start with we were charged a €50 deposit which took quite a chunk out of our spending money right off the bat. Then the receptionist made us feel like we were a burden for her when we were asking questions about the hotel. We almost didn't get our deposit back as they requested a receipt that was never given to us, we had to complain until they took it further and gave our money back.

The breakfast and the atmosphere by the pool on the first day was great, from there it all just began to go downhill, we constantly had complaints from the staff about the stupidest of things and the staff refused to take blame when a problem would occur with their facilities. For example, the air con system began to leak and the receptionist asked "what have you done to it?". Another example was somebody leaving an empty Coke bottle (this wasn't us) and one of the bar staff scalding myself despite me telling her it wasn't ours. This is just not on.

There were a couple of staff members that started off our holiday being nice and respectful but after a couple of days they began to shun us off for newer guests, the worst of the staff being a man who supervises the reception at night as he constantly made people feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable, especially a female friend of ours that encountered him alone. The food declined on a daily basis which led us to be going out for our meals everyday. The alcohol was definitely watered down, we went to a really nice bar that took a few drinks for us to feel tipsy but in the hotel it must have took around 10 cocktails to even make a dent.

The rooms were spacey and the beds can't be complained about, but it seemed like our room was ignored by cleaners for around 4 days in a row which led to a pile up of used towels.

The poolside atmosphere at first was pretty good but as the hotel began to fill up it was just too hectic to handle, it was constantly a struggle to relax by the pool or find a sun lounger.

The room facilities can't be complained about such as the TV and shower but it was mostly the lack of cleaning done by workers and the fridge not being powered whilst guests are out of the room.

I feel like this hotel favours more families than friends as we were all constantly judged as we walked through the reception despite being quiet and respectful the whole time, we came across another group of friends who felt the same thing.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any people looking for a drink and to enjoy themselves with friends, I would tell families to research where they stay before deciding on this one. Overall a...

I recently stayed at this hotel in Laganas, Zakynthos, for 15 days, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. If you're considering booking this place, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Our terrible experience began the moment we arrived. We parked our car in front of the hotel entrance to unload our bags, thinking it was a reasonable spot. Within five minutes, someone from the reception—not the person checking us in—started yelling at us to move the car to the opposite parking lot. Not a great first impression.

Upon entering our room, it was clear that it hadn't been vacuumed in years. There were hairs everywhere, dust covering every surface, and the curtains were so dirty that touching them was out of the question. It felt like no one had cleaned the room in a very long time.

The breakfast room was the most horrifying place I've ever been in. Hospitals are luxurious in comparison. For 15 days, the same stale food was served, and I seriously doubt they replaced it daily. The waitstaff acted like they were being forced to be there, especially the blonde lady who didn't crack a smile in 15 days. She was always glued to her phone, and when I asked her for something as simple as sugar (which was missing for two days), she snorted and took ten minutes to bring it. Worse still, all the glasses and plates smelled like rotten eggs, making it impossible to enjoy the already unappetizing food. The low point was when we witnessed a waiter kick a knife across the floor in front of guests—completely unacceptable.

Towels were only changed after repeated requests at the reception. Despite staying for 15 days, our sheets were only changed once after we complained. The shower was disgusting, with mold everywhere, and the water smelled so bad that it was unbearable to stand under it for the first ten minutes.

The cherry on top was the elderly lady at reception, who didn't even know which island we were on. When we asked her about the nearest beach within walking distance, she told us, "We don't go out at this time, it's too hot, and I don't know the city, so I can't help you." How can a 4-star hotel provide such an awful level of service?

I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars. Even giving it 1 star feels generous. Do yourself a favor—keep your money and find somewhere else to stay. This place...
