Read moreI had the misfortune of dining at this restaurant last night, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was dreadful. The staff greeted us with glares and seemed irritated by our mere presence. The food was beyond disgusting. I ordered a pizza and what arrived was an unrecognizable mess. The taste was foul, as if the ingredients had been left out for days. To make matters worse, I found hair in my dish. It was absolutely revolting. As if the food and service weren't bad enough, the cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. There were visible stains on the tablecloth and crumbs everywhere. Shockingly, we even saw a couple of bugs wandering around inside the restaurant. It was filthy and completely unacceptable. The other dishes we ordered were equally terrible, each one worse than the last. The soup was cold and tasteless, and the spaghetti had an off-putting smell that made it inedible. The staff's attitude only added to the nightmare. They were rude, dismissive, and seemed constantly angry. Any request or question was met with a snarl or a roll of the eyes. Read moreFor everyone who has had a holiday in Zante, Laganas you will know that most of the restaurants have a PR standing at the entrance of the restaurant and as your walking pass they try get your attention by politely saying good morning/afternoon and evening and TBH I have responded back with same saying and seen others do same thing and before you know it you get all sorts of questions from them and it's basically to try persuade you to come in and try their food, business is business 😉, some can be very overbearing and that's not for me. 2nd day into holiday took a chance to try out their food and it was delicious. Had breakfast every morning for 8 days and a few night dinners, tasty, fresh, amazing portion sizes and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Staff amazing, can't fault them. Keep up the good work 👏.
