Kondarinis Sea View Studios — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

We have made our booking 4 months before travel. Booking was made for 6 ppl 3 kids incl. We asked for 2 rooms being next to each other and proper beds ready. Also asked for rooms on the 1st floor. We did not get indication that our request wont be fulfilled ( they said that cant provide double bed). We have been informed that rooms are on ground floor the moment we have arrived (10pm) and there was no chance to resign from the booking as our kids were tired after long trip. It also appeared the bed was missing in one room ( additiinal bed for 3rd person). After complaining to the the owner ( very kind person) we were directed to the agent who told us in short that they dont take any respobsibilty for misleading us and also not letting us know that the booking is not fulfillng our requirements ( sent 4 mths earlier). Generally place is situated in a very peaceful village, nice garden outside. Rooms are very small but cozy, bathroom tiny- shower cabin built for kids not adults. We had an amazing time at Kondarinis Studios in Tragaki. I thank a lot to the very friendly owner Rebecca, she was mostly kind to us and helped us a lot in any situation ( accommodation, nice restaurants etc.) The sea view from our balcony was amazing, especially at nights, the studios are located in a quiet place, have a nice, well kept green garden, which is perfect for family also.

We went also to the beach bar Abracadabra , where Rebecca works which is close to the studios( like 10 minutes away if you walk slowly 🌞) which I kindly recommend: very friendly waiters, very good food !!! Try the souvlaki my husband swears was the best in town, good Greek coffee and the list can go on.

They have the nicest and very clean beach 🏝 along the seaside and the sunbeds are located on a grassy area, they’re for free as long as you order sth to drink or eat there😊

We felt comfortable and enjoyed our vacay in Tragaki and our stay at Kondarinis Sea View Studios and we kindly recommend it...

We absolutely loved it here! They have complete studios that check all the boxes. From the balcony we had a very beautiful view on the sea and the mountains on the side where the sunset gave a beautiful scenery. The beds were comfortable and the studio was neat and tidy because the studio was cleaned everyday by the friendly cleaner. Good value for money! Most of all, the environment was very peacefull in this area on the island! Closeby, there is a beach bar called Adabra Cat Abra with free sunbeds on grass with super friendly waiters where our lovely host Rebecca also works. She was very helpful and kind, whenever we had questions she was ready to answer and came by.
