Marietta Boutique Apts — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

Arrived at apartments at the beginning of season. We were the first guests to arrive. My partner & I had one studio on the second floor. My daughter & her boyfriend had the studio next door. We were happy enough with the room. It was very clean & had everything we needed .However, the bed was hard & I didn't find it comfortable. The water also took a while to get warm. Usually about 10 -15 minutes. Which was a shame because you were wasting such a lot of water. The location was quite close to the beach & there were bars & restaurants nearby.||||The staff were friendly & we had good maid service. However, what was disappointing was that we were the only guests there & they were still getting some rooms ready. The other studios on our floor didn't seem ready for occupation||||The bar didn't open until two days before we left & the pool which we were due to use (across the road) wasn't filled on the day we left. We were told there were hotels & bars with pools we could use if we bought a drink but this meant we always had to take a bag of things with us & look for a pool. Plus we couldn't come back after a day out & sit & relax by the pool for a while. I'm sure when everything is up & running it will be a relaxing place to stay but I believe they shouldn't have taken our booking if the facilities offered were...

What a welcoming place! We arrived here 2 days ago, unfortunately not for a holiday, and we were made to feel so welcome. With someone in hospital and family flying out, a smiling face was well needed. The owner gave my partner and dad a beer and made sure we had some water. We were told if there was anything he could do to help just to message. The rooms are spacious and have all of the amenities you need. It's clean and in a great location to everything you would need to have a great holiday. We will be returning here in the summer to hopefully enjoy this wonderful place...

We have visited Tsivili 4 times in the last 5 years and this is the best place we have stayed at. Our apartment (302) was on the top floor with great views of the sea and harbour. The location is great. It is quiet but surrounded by many excellent restaurants. There is also a path that takes you directly to the beach in 2 minutes. The housekeeping is excellent and the bed comfy. The staff are brilliant and there is a nice bar downstairs where everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this place.
