What do you mean by imposing a specific return hour? Dude, if you want to operate a hostel you gotta have enough allowance Time to get back to the hostel? You won't impose a Time if I am clearly telling you I'll get there in 10 mins. Come on, I told you I'd get in 15 mins. Based in this "threaten" and also the fact you called me a "drunken fool" I am leaving you this negative review. Pay respect to those paying you a service, aslo the fact I was informing you the actual Time I'd get there. Come on, you may be besides the airport, but your customer service Is straight up...

Avoid this place! They didn’t have my change (50GTQ) the evening I arrived. Just got from the ATM that night after my flight that had only given me 100s. They promised me I would get my change the day after before 7:00.

They were ‘searching’ for a long time and tried to send me away with only 15 GTQ. It was only when I insisted I wanted the full change back and was in a hurry that they sent someone to get change. Because of this I was late to my shuttle. Avoid this place!

Also, no mirrors...

Absolutely the weirdest and worst service I ever received at a hotel. Paid for a room, then was told that there was no key! Asked for a refund, but refused. Eventually paid a bit more for a room with a key. Highly unprofessional and strange manager with other completely inexperienced workers. Bad vibe. Avoid...
