I stayed at this hotel in December 2014 during the holidays for what was my first-ever visit to Tegucigalpa and I cannot wait to go back! The hotel was nice, comfortable, clean, well-decorated, safe, affordable, and the staff attentive, helpful, and friendly. I especially liked the relaxing and quaint interior courtyard. But the best part was being such a short walk to all the central attractions of the city like the lively Plaza Morazán, the cathedral, the Calle Peatonal, Los Dolores church, the shops, and the famous Tito Aguacate (New Bar), where no visit to Tegucigalpa is complete without drinking a calambre or two... or three. I ended up paying $155 for five nights, small breakfast included. Moreover, the hotel is beautiful (I explored the hotels in Plaza San Martin and this hotel looks way better) and beyond safe. Tegucigalpa nightlife isn't overly dynamic but there are several dining choices within walking distance.||||The hotel common areas are painted very brightly and decorated tastefully. My room was fairly basic but was clean and had sufficient hot water.
