Füred Centrum Panzió — Hotel in Balatonfüredi járás

Massively overpriced with no amenities. Stayed for a couple nights, found lots of hair in the towels, blood spots on pillow cases, wifi not working in the room, broken hair dryer.

New building (difficult to notice from the street), with nice, modern rooms. No view to speak of, some rooms have the AC vent pointed at the head of the bed (wake with a running nose), no screens in the windows.

One would expect some kind of amenities for a stay in this type of accommodation, but there are no fridges in the rooms, not even a shared fridge or a microwave (so don't bring any food of your own that may spoil).

Breakfast was OK, but not well thought out in execution, coffee was the worst watery thing I've ever experienced, and they charge extra for espresso.

These issues were brought up with the hosts, and only a couple token gestures were made in compensation. To be fair, it's a new establishment and they need some time to polish the operation, but in the meantime should not be charging HUF 40,000+ (half price is the...

I booked this place for one night but unfortunately fell ill on the day of travel and couldn’t go. I messaged the host right away to explain and asked if at least the cleaning fee could be refunded, since the apartment wasn’t used. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen auch deutsch und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns ist aufgefallen dass die Mitarbeiter extrem aufmerksam und service orientiert sind. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und modern. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht sogar ein großer Kühlschrank. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist die Dusche. Da sie nur über eine Glaswand an der Seite verfügt wird der Boden drum herum nass, was unvorteilhaft ist. Die Betten sind bequem aber sehr weich. Eine schöne Gartenanlage gehört ebenfalls zur Pension die zum verweilen einlädt. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist Video überwacht, wodurch man sich sehr sicher fühlt. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Pension. Von der stärker befahrenen Durchfahrtsstraße hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster nur wenig. Man kann in 5-10min den See, das Zentrum und den Bahnhof erreichen. Das Frühstück war für eine Pension in Ordnung und dem Preis entsprechend.
