Do not go to this hotel! I cannot believe it is so highly rated. It doesn't worth the high price.||First of all, this hotel is definitively not a 4 star hotel. The building feels tired, stinky inside and crumbling outside. No air conditioning in the corridors and in one of the breakfast rooms. Hungary gets really hot in the summer! There is not enough sunbeds and not enough shade around the swimming pools. It is a lakefront property but no water sport facility! No pedal boat or kayak rental. Nothing.||The worst is that they have no clue what hospitality is and what service means despite their high price.||My family just spent three nights there in their two bedroom suit, and we had such a horrible gutter smell in our unit. I complained right away but they fixed it only after the second night. Not acceptable! Why did I even had to complain? The housekeeping should have noticed and fixed it by themself!|The food was okay, but we had to eat at a dirty table almost every time as they never wiped the tables after removing the used plates from other guests. Huh? Not acceptable! When we ordered wine for dinner and asked for a jug of water as well, we were told to pick up water ourselves. What? In a 4 star hotel? |The staff and the waiters were always disorganized and seemed overwhelmed. At breakfast time the buffet was not restocked after 9:30 so we rarely had fresh fruit and no variety of bread. This is not fair for the people who arrived later than the others. Again, this is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The coffee machine was out of order in the main breakfast room and it took them a couple of days to fix it! Seriously? So for the time being we were asked to use another coffee machine in another room but they did not bring over cups or any milk to that particular (non air-conditioned) room, so it felt chaotic and disorganized. ||This hotel is very expensive for the price. I could go on with all the small details such as the trash cans that were not emptied, the dirty glasses in the room that were never cleaned after the house keeping, broken vanity mirror in the bathroom, not enough towels, no body lotion only shampoo, etc. All this maybe wouldn't be a problem if this hotel wouldn't be so expensive and signed as 4 star. The worst is that we complained at the reception and even asked for the manager as my family felt sick in the room due to the nasty gutter smell, but the person at the desk could only said that he was sorry to hear our complaints.||This hotel has Western European prices, but Eastern European service. A család számos tagja több éven keresztül megfordult itt a Vekor konferencia idején. Amikor először voltunk, még csak 1 gyermekem volt, aztán voltam terhesen, 2 illetve 3 gyerekkel is, voltunk nagymamástól is. Mindig kedves volt a fogadtatás, gördülékenyen zajlott a becsekkolás. A szállás ezelőtt minden esetben lakosztály volt, nappali + háló + fürdőszoba-WC s erkély (ezt április lévén kevésbé használtuk, ám idén ezt is sikerült a gyerekek házi feladatainak megírásakor :))). Idén a másik részben kaptunk lakosztályt, ami valami fantasztikus: hatalmas előszobába lépve tárult elénk a nappali, ami körbe ablakos volt, legalább 40 nm (kihúzott kanapéval, modern bútorokkal, tv-vel s konyhasarokkal, ami eddig sosem volt… vízmelegítő, tea s 3in1 kávé bekészítéssel. A hűtőben ásványvizek voltak). Végig minőségi, vastag anyagú sötétítő függönyök vannak, a fény éjjelre teljesen kizárható. Közvetlenül alattunk a medencék voltak, a hangszigetelés kiváló. Balra nyílt egy külön WC, mellette egy akkora fürdő, amiben kád és zuhanyzó, dupla mosdó szekrényekkel körbevéve, Wc, bidé s még egy ruhaszárító is helyet kapott. Szépen besüt ide is a nap. Egyetlen negatívumként a borzasztóan hangos szagelszívót jelölném meg, de amikor csak tehettük, a fürdőben a másik lámpát kapcsoltuk fel, amivel az nem indult el 🙂. A szobához 5 strandtörölköző-kártya s 2 köntös-kártya járt (csak felnőtteknek), ezt wellneszezés előtt lent kellett kérni, szükség esetén cseréltetni, ám estére kifogytak s inkább a kártyákat adtál vissza reggelig. Egy mellékfolyósóról (itt nagy gardrób, válfákkal, széffel, pótplédekkel) nyílt két hálószoba, tv-kkel, komódokkal, éjjeli szekrényekkel, lámpákkal, az ágyakon 3-3 nagy s színes díszpárnával. A tapéta mindenhol gyönyörű, igényes. A nagyobbik hálóban még íróasztal is van, ebből nyílik a hatalmas terasz, amire a nappaliból is ki lehet menni, innen nyílik kilátás a csodás Balatonra, kikötőre. Amikor megérkeztünk, minden radiátor fűtött, de azonnal lekapcsoltuk az összeset, kellően meleg maradt a 2-3 napra (2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt), még szellőztettünk is folyamatosan, éjjel is. Egyszóval a berendezés pazar. A medence részleg is szépen rendben van, viszont a kerek medence vize sokkal hidegebbnek érződött, mint az eddigi években, a gyerekmedence melegebb volt. Abban csúszda, mellette akvárium halakkal. Jól érezték magukat a gyerekeink. A nagy medence vize is kellemes volt, ebben lehet úszkálni, nem volt tömeg, tekintve, hogy konferencia zajlott a hotelben. A kis jacuzziban ültek többször vendégek, oda mi nem vágyódtunk amúgy sem. A forgó-folyósó nem üzemelt sosem sajnos. Idén kipróbáltam a szaunákat is, ahova eddig a kis gyerekek mellől nem sikerült eljutnom. A finn szauna szuper, mindig volt bent víz a felöntéshez, viszont a gőz-szauna semmit nem ér, ezzel mások is egyet értettek. Kicsi volt a forgalom. Van nagy pihenőrész s dézsás zuhany, de én ezeket nem próbáltam, mivel szauna után az úszómedencében isteni volt ejtőzni pár hossz erejéig. A mellette levő kis panorámás melegvizes medencében jól szórakoztunk a gyerekeimmel😀. A jacuzzi csak utolsó nap üzemelt ezen a részen. Sok pihenőszék van körben a helységekben. Ahogy láttam van egy saját cicusa is a szállodának 🙂. A második délután olyan meglepetésben volt részünk leérve a medencékhez, amitől a gyerekek három felé ugrottak visítva ijedtükben 😅: az infópult melletti napozóágyakhoz tartva egy kis sikló vonulgatott 🐍, a gyerekeim sírva-rettegve kimentek az üvegajtón kívülre, én maradtam nézni, hova kúszik (amíg a férjem ment jelezni), mert tudtam, ha nem fogják be, akkor “lőttek a nyaralásnak”! Aztán megjelent egy úr s egy hölgy, előbbi igyekezett megkeresni, utóbbi félt. Mutattam merre siklott, a takarító eszközök alatti gumilábtörlő alatt fogta be egy egyszer használatos lábzsákkal s kivitte a szabadba. A gyerekeim ódzkodva, de fürödtek utána. Nem mindennapi élmény volt! Az étel ízlett, a sütik nem mindig. Kicsekkolni 11-ig kellett. Érdemes sétálni kint, sok a hattyú, kacsa, játszótér is van mászókával, csúszdával, hintával, padokkal.
