A panaszkezelés, probléma megoldás nem a személyzet erőssége.

Update 2:
We can continue here then. If that is what Aquaticum prefers.
I focused on positive things during my stay:
that is why I not stand in the complaints queue at the reception, or yelling at the corridor as a kid could not sleep in 28 degrees of room temperature in the afternoon (examples your other clients did).
The staff did not have this didactic tone at that time - as I observed :)
Nor, I asked for the Customers book and write some notes that the 4* room offer misleads the customer online (as per point 3.)
If we are in that personal relationship now that we guide each other how to lead life, let me also give a good one for you:
I recommend you to go and learn about Hotel business, travel abroad and see how hotels are operating at 4 *.
You really do not understand that you sell a room of which characteristics is different compared what you offered online.
No warnings no information to the customers that the AC might be screwed up this week (would you still like to stay?).
Come on, you are 4 *, you can do better if you want.
Update:
As per below review , I was approached by the hotel Director. As a consequence, it was clearly communicated that because my google review posted "1" , I am not entitled to any compensation.
Hence review stays. Customer service quality = 1.
Thank you google for granting the possibility of free review, and speech.
Kind regards, a former customer of Aquaticum hotel.
Earlier:
Despite it is a 4* hotel, I advise you to ask for a written confirmation that air condition is working in the room you are going to book.
There was a planned "summer start" maintenance in the period I stayed, and guests were not informed beforehand.
Customer service does not meet the expectation of a 4 * accomodation. In the lack of AC they advised to open the window. No feedback received yet on official complaint communication.
Room is much older in reality (compared to the photos). Thick dust behind the...
Read moreVisited the spa for the day and really enjoyed the experience. You get a programmed wristband which lets you in and there are screens at the end of the lockers in the changing room which you put the wristband on and tells you which number locker is yours. My girlfriend is Hungarian and didn't understand the instructions so be careful as first we ended up upstairs instead of just turning left by the stairs for the changing room. Then I locked my clothes in the wrong locker and had to get the reception to resolve. After that we were on our way back out of the spa instead of continuing through the changing room and turning left for the thermal pools. So maybe signs and instructions could be better but these kind of things happen frequently to us which adds to the experience. There is a salt room on the way to the pools but you must be dry to use it. We don't know if this was included in our ticket but we saw it after using the pools. We also found there are outside pools but not until we were leaving. Turn right out of the changing room for the outside pool. Continuing past the salt room down the corridor takes you to the pools, 4 outer pools of different temps and water jets with two inner pools of 40° & 20°. Another user told us to do hot and cold 10 times. We managed 5 times and it was really good and tingly. Another user was told she was bleeding from her arm coming out of one of the pools and that put us off going back in. They didn't seem too concerned about it. The facilities are clean, gender specific showers to wash afterwards, hairdryers and mirrors, a café inside, loungers around the pools and different hydrojets and we will definitely be planning on going again. Possibly staying at the hotel and getting free use of the spa, and the outside pool. It's an hour and half bus journey from the village and then another journey by bus or tram to the park, then the same to get back. So would prefer to have a few days in Debrecen and relax after...
Read moreRead moreStayed for a long week-end and wondered after two days what was different here - 75% of the staff are young girls, 15% boys and the rest senior staff. Senior staff handles money, alcohol or are in technical tasks or cleaning. Why important? I missed that specific treatment you get from staff in a luxury hotel, that both they claim to be and price suggest. The reason must be, as this hotel is owned by the local government, that they use students in catering, hospitality and hotel management with just a senior shift-leader. So you are paying premium to be the education-product. That the boss for the Debrecen Health&Safety Inspectors is also the boss for this Hotel management may be seen in the restaurant - the floor round the bufe-island is worn out to the degree that the underlying woodwork is exposed = imposible to clean. Finally heating/air-circulation in both the hotel, the standard-room we had and the bathes connected to the hotel seems to be under par - very humid and too hot. Hopefully they use the thermal water for the heating and not russian gas, but given this is Hungary,...
