In the „summer kitchen“, in the beginning of September, it's still okay to have a morning coffee - the apartment only has an induction hob - but it wouldn't be a world-shattering thing to get an adapter or a coffe pot for an induction hob.||Being an old house, the sound insulation leaves something to be desired, to put it mildly. We booked our accommodation here for several days, but after the first night we were forced to leave. It happened that the noise of the people in the apartment above us seemed to rumble in our apartment due to the old ceiling, even though they didn't do folk-dancing, they just simply walked around in their flat. Specifically, lying in our bed, we felt it vibrate. All this until 2 in the morning.||The next morning we mentioned the problem to the landlady in a human tone, and that we would leave after 1 instead of the planned 3 days. Until then, the honey-glazed attitude immediately changed to passive-aggressive. She claimed that this has never happened before, no one has ever complained about it (spoiler: yes, they did, she even replied to reviews written on various pages, but unfortunately we only noticed these afterwards), now how to cancel the reservation on booking.com, she must pay the commission fees for 3 days for Booking.com, etc. We offered to help her, that we call booking.com, and help arrange things, but she let it go. Nor did she suggest that she might speak to the guests in the apartment upstairs to be quieter, or any solution. We asked if we could possibly swap ours for another apartment, if there was possibly an empty one, but there was supposedly full house. Szép udvar, kedves fogadtatás, kényelmes szoba. Mindez csak az első pillantásra. A 2-es apartmanról: a zuhanyfüggöny rövid, emiatt az egész fürdő úszik egy rövid zuhanyzás után is. A vízmelegítő és a házban futó vízvezetékek működés / használat közben rendkívül zajosak. A fürdő tolóajtaja nem fut alsó vezetőben, szerencse, hogy a felső sín kialakítása miatt nem tud leakadni. Az apartmanban a ruhák, holmik tárolását 1, azaz egy darab régi orvosi szekrény hivatott biztosítani. Ez a maga nemében bájos, passzol a környezetbe, de sajnos rendkívül kevés. A nyári konyhában így szeptember elején még rendben van egy reggeli kotyogós kávéfőzés – az apartmanban ugyanis csak indukciós főzőlap található -, de nem lenne világrengető dolog manapság beszerezni egy adaptert, vagy egy indukciós lapon is használható kávéfőzőt. Egy régi házról lévén szó, a hangszigetelés finoman szólva is hagy némi kívánnivalót maga után. Több napra foglaltuk ide a szállásunkat, de az első éjszaka után kénytelenek voltunk elhagyni. Történt ugyanis, hogy a felettünk lévő apartmanban közlekedők zaja a régi födémnek köszönhetően nálunk dübörgésnek hatott, pedig nem kalotaszegi legényest jártak éjjel 2-ig, csak jöttek-mentek. Konkrétan az ágyban fekve éreztük, ahogy az rezeg. Mindezt hajnali 2-ig. Másnap reggel emberi hangnemben jeleztük a szállásadónak a problémát, illetve, hogy a tervezett 3 nap helyett 1 után távoznánk, mivel piheni jöttünk, de sajnos pont azt nem tudunk. Az addig mézes-mázos hozzáállás egyből átment passzív-agresszívba. Állítása szerint ilyen még nem történt, neki ilyenről még soha senki nem panaszkodott (spoiler: de igen, sőt, válaszolt is rá különböző oldalakon megírt vélemények alatt, de sajnos ezeket mi is csak utólag vettük észre), most hogy is törölje bookingon a foglalást, ő bukja a kifizetendő jutalékot, stb. Felajánlottuk neki, hogy segítünk, felhívjuk a booking.com-ot, és segítünk elrendezni a dolgokat, de ezt kényelmesen elengedte a füle mellett. Fel sem ajánlotta, hogy esetleg szól a felettünk megszálló vendégeknek, hogy legyenek kedvesek halkabban közlekedni, vagy bármilyen megoldási lehetőséget. Megkérdeztük, hogy nem tudnánk-e esetleg elcserélni egy másik apartmanra a miénket, van-e esetleg üres, de állítólag teltház volt. Elviharzott, kiszámolta a „20% jutalékot 3 napra”, hozzácsapta az egynapi díjat, majd közölte a fizetendő összeget. Ezen a ponton már úgy voltunk vele, hogy mindegy, csak menjünk már innen. Így utólag értelmet nyert, hogy miért ragaszkodott az előreutalás helyett az utólagos készpénzes fizetéshez, gondolom nem ez volt az első ilyen esete. Kifizettük, kérdezte, hogy mikor távozunk, közöltük, hogy egy fél órán belül, elköszöntünk, majd megköszöntük a lehetőséget, erre ő hátat fordítva, az orra alatt a következőt dünnyögte: „Nincs mit. Vagyis igazából van mit.” Még el sem hagytuk az udvart, már jött az email, miszerint a szállásadó törölte a foglalást bookingon. Ennyit erről, így ugye értékelést sem tudunk róla írni. Taps, függöny. Üdvözlöm ezúton is a kedves házmester nénit, csókolom! A többit meg gondolja hozzá! Amúgy ideális helyen van, gyakorlatilag a belváros peremén, de érthető okokból mégsem tudom nyugodt...

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia súper cómoda y completa en Eger. Ubicado prácticamente a 5 minutos del Castillo y Plaza Dobó. Se encuentra en una pequeña finca con diferentes apartamentos que dan a un acogedor patio interior. Éste es utilizado como parking y rincón de descanso al aire libre entre los huéspedes, ya que tiene asientos y pequeñas mesas donde tomar un café, copa de vino o hacer el aperitivo de día, como de noche noche. El apartamento cuenta con sistema de calefacción que funciona perfectamente. Está muy bien decorado, estilo rústico y vintage fusionados. Limpieza excelente (incluye gel y jabón de baño y, de manos), además de toallas de cara, manos, cuerpo e incluso pies. Comodidad buenísima en cuanto a la cama (incluye sábanas, cojines grandes y edredón). También, ofrece útiles utensilios de cocina (cubertería, vasos, tazas y platos), y algunos electrodomésticos (como placa de inducción, microondas, tostadora y nevera con mini-congelador). Incluso había una pequeña despensa con sal, infusiones, café y pimienta negra. Era el 30 cumpleaños de uno de nosotros dos y Zita se ofreció para comprar un globo y poner cava en el congelador.
