CENTRÁL MOTEL — Hotel in Kecskeméti járás

We booked this ''hotel'' Unfortunately we were not talking perfect english and the owner just refused us not explaining why and talking Hungarian with us. After a while, he decided to send us to another hotel still with no reason. It was late, we decided to go. Nobody was there waiting for us, we had to call and after 30 minutes the owner decide to answer us and send us the information to ''open'' our apartment that didn't match what we booked (we booked an apartment with kitchen, etc and private free parking and we got a simple room with parking in the street that we have to pay and in Budapest, this is not cheap) Also in the same hotel, all the rooms was busy with Roms and we didn't feel safe with our 3 kids and last elements that decide us to quit this ''hotel'' was the fact that everything was open with impossibility to close anything to feel safe.

If you are not talking hungarian, i advice you to avoid this hotel and totally rude owner In the end, we got informed by booking customer service that the owner overbook his hotel and they have often this issue!!!

On our way from Friesland to Istanbul, we had a stop at this motel. So much more than we expected. Clean rooms, private secured parking and quick and gently help.|Thanks and we will visit again.|Peter and...
