The hotel is very basic, than how it is being promoted by the marketing people. The rooms dont even hold a A/C which could mean that summer can be very hard if you get these rooms (unsure if they have other ones with A/C). We were sold this package by a marketing company at supermarket, we wanted a weekend getaway so we went with it, but there are conditions to attend their marketing session of an hour where they try to sell long term contracts with their partners, etc. The breakfast is self sufficient, coffee from machine is not great, but you can always buy better one for more money, Wi-fi in room is very feeble, you are better off with your 3G. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The staff is helpful, the wellness department is well equipped. Breakfast and dinner are fair, and the half board also includes a free lunch. The fitness room is not only an alibi here, it also has a ping-pong table and a punching bag in addition to the fitness machines. This is not a typical hotel, more like a spa, with lots of small children around. However, it all gets very quiet before 22.00. We got half-board and it was excellent, a lot of various dishes. Breakfast is also good, albeit I would prefer better coffee and real juice instead of whatever liquid that was. Checkin was quick and efficient, spacious room. Our rooms were on ground floor, we could smell everywhere the pool - or rather chlorine. Probably for the same reason, despite the nets in the windows, several small insects got through to the room.
