Incredibly bad! The worst I saw in my life. We paid about 110€ for a 2 room apartment for one night. We arrived and the towels were dirty with hairs on them. The curtains were full of dead bugs, the walls had squished dead bugs on them, spider webs and spiders in most corners. Under the beds there was dust, medicine foils and food pieces from previous guests. One of the mattresses had a huge stain on it. The balcony was full of debris and bird feathers. Paint on the walls was falling off due to water damage in some areas. Other walls had stains all over them. The bathtub had a big area with mold near the edge. Windows were not working properly. Chairs had stains on them. Floor was falling apart and ants were moving around. Overall the state of the accommodation is incredibly bad and I would not stay here even for free. AVOID AT ANY COST! I read people complaining about the service. I agree, that’s the main problem of this place. They can’t rely on people having access to making a phone call to do check in and check out, specially internationals without a European phone, find another system!! And when they come, they treat you as if you are annoying them. 30 seconds and they run away. I wanted to ask a few questions but the guy disappeared immediately. Then if you need anything, there’s no one to find!! They mentioned that there was free coffee, but when I went, the machine had no water and again, no one to ask. The rooms are old and when opening the window, people were smoking right outside of it. Also very noisy, people going up and down the stairs making noise and rooms had bad acoustic isolation. Megérkezésünkkor a recepciós nem volt valami kedves, rideg stílusa miatt azonnal elment a kedvünk a szállástól. A szálláshely jól frekventált, a kertben gyönyörű fák vannak, de az aljzatnövényzet teljesen gazos, gondozatlan. A koncepció jó, csak a kivitelezéssel van némi probléma. Erősen ráférne a helyre a renoválás külsőleg is és a szobákra is. Mikor beléptünk a szobába nem fogadott minket túl nagy tisztaság: a padló koszos volt, az ágy borzasztóan recsegett, alig mertünk rajta megmozdulni, a szoba sarkai pókhálósak szinte kivétel nélkül, a függönyből már-már csavarni lehetett a koszt. Az ablakon csak akkor láttunk ki, ha kinyitottuk, olyan koszosak voltak. Mindezek felett sajnos szemet kellett hunynunk, mivel a szállást ki kellett előre fizetnünk, és nem akartunk közel 70 ezer forintot kidobni az ablakon. Az i-re a pontot az tette fel, amikor éjszaka ! alvás közben ! kitört az ágy lába! Ezt követően a matracot letettük a földre és ott aludtunk, mert ez után az incidens után nem mertünk az ágyban aludni. Illedelmesen, tiszteletteljesen közöltem a recepcióssal kijelentkezésnél, hogy sajnos ezen okokból kifolyólag nem voltunk a szállás minőségével megelégedve és nem értjük, mire fizettünk ki ennyi pénzt. Erre a recepciós válasza teljes mértékben nem törődöm stílusban az volt, hogy: “A vendégek nem szokták kitörni az ágy lábát, de akkor értékeljenek le minket a Booking.com-on!” Még elnézést sem kért a kellemetlenségekért!
