This place used to be so much better.
Been going here for the last few years and my most recent visit was quite shocking. They really did used to be good, very good even.
As of the time of writing this review I was truly shocked seeing that the food takes quite some time to arrive. Even the gyros inside the meal I had ordered had raw bits in it that just made me feel nauseous. I even felt this for the rest of the evening.
The one highlight still is the presentation of the food as it does still look good. But again be wary parts of it may be raw.
What also really came as a shock was the service. Again this used to be good years prior. There were a couple people in the staff that were still kind of nice but other members of staff were rude. We had even asked if we could split the bill and they said that we could but when it came to the point of paying for our meal and drinks they no longer could do this.
Aside from this we also observed staff argue in the kitchen (they got a visible kitchen) which also made me raise some eye brows.
While having our food we were also being hassled by street vendors just walking inside of the restaurant trying to sell their goods and services. We mentioned this to the staff but they fully ignored us. Even worse we saw the staff fist bump with the street vendors who came inside. They definitely had some kind of arrangements with them.
One of the worst parts was when we were seated inside. While they had some ceiling mounted fans, the heat inside was so immense that one of the people in our group even started getting signs of a heat stroke. If you suffer from heat relatively easily and it is hot outside, for your own safety and well being I’d truly just skip the restaurant.
All in all, this is a place that used to be so much better. Something changed here and for the worse. I hope this is just a very temporary decline in quality but just be aware of this. I leave the review at 2 stars because of the fond memories in the past from this place.

Read moreFood was ok - I mean it’s kebab mostly but they do cook some other dishes too. What was terribly bad was the waiting staff or to be more specific one (probably Turkish) guy with very specific eyes (kind of big and sleepy at the same time). He was disaster. We had a dinner on Thursday evening and he was there but didn’t serve us just helped the other guy. We spent there around 160 euros and gave a tip on top of the service charge that was already included. Experience was quite good. We stayed in the apartment right next to the restaurant. Next evening I went out of the apartment and sat down with my father to one of the tables outside and waited for the rest of the group that was on the way. Within 3 minutes I was kicked out of the restaurant by this rude individual. He came to the table and asked what I want (yeah like that). I said give us 3 minutes the rest of the group is coming and we will order together (did’t know whether we get a bottle of wine like previous evening or not). He started to shout that we can wait outside if we don’t want to order anything. So I repeated that we will order - just give us few minutes as we wait others. He then goes- No if you don’t order go out. So I told him ok calm down and get us a bottle of sparkling water but he was already super mad and pull the chair next to me to and showed me the way out and said Go. Go out now. I was like what ? Never happened to me as I am always polite with staff. But this rude individual was out of his mind. Terrible experience - everyone around looked at him and were shocked as...
Read moreMy worst experience in a restaurant ever.
It started with the slow service. No waiters seemed interested in serving us despite not look busy. Went out of way to avoid eye-contact/pretending to be busy.
Next, ordering, my friend wanted chips instead of rice with his choice. This seemed like a most unusual request. Maybe the Chef was temperamental about his works of art. In the end the compromise was a side of chips with the rice left on the plate (scraping the rice off would've caused problems we were advised).
The side order of chips came along with my other friends salad. We waited for 5+mins for mine and the 'chip freaks' friends meals to arrive. Nope the chips were finally eaten, before, finally, our two hot dishes arrived some 10 mins later.
And not only did they arrive late, they were smashed on the table, like an angry partner who cooked a special meal only for their partner to arrive an hour late.
To be fair, the food was OK, not great but OK.
Then the next disaster struck. Two Espressos ordered and arrived pretty quick. Alas stone cold. At this point arguing seemed futile, so we supped up.
Finally, we couldn't believe it, again no one wanted to make eye contact to get paid. I started to walk away, let them chase me!
My Hungarian host finally found someone and pretty much told the waitress what a disgrace this was from walking in to walking out.
We will never return, and I recommend fellow travellers...
