This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. We were traveling from Sagar, MP. We asked for the pictures first to book the room. They sent the pics of their best rooms with good rate so we agreed to book over the phone. On reaching the place at late night, we were given standard rooms (their worst rooms) with broken furniture and dirty washrooms. The manager as well as the owner was very rude. We showed them the whole chat, instead of clearing the issue the owner ran inside the hotel and left us with the receptionist. The receptionist mentioned that the staff member who booked the room finished his duty so they cannot complete our request. They sold the rooms which we were shown to other people. This hotel doesn’t understand the word HYGIENE! The furniture was broken, the plug socket was hanging, torn bedsheet, washroom was sooo dirty that we couldn’t step in. We were not provided with basic soap shampoo bottles. The towels and linen were not washed in long time. On top of this, none of the staff member were polite enough to talk. I would suggest everyone to choose nearby hotels...

DONT DO IT!!! They have 0 respect. I should’ve read more reviews. This place looks nothing like the photos and lies about many amenities. We showed up 3 hours past check in time and room was not ready. We had to wait an extra 30-45 minutes to go to our room and even then we had issues. WiFi does not work, room came with no trash can, no in-room safe because they ‘lost the keys’, there is NO pool, NO view of the Taj Mahal, and the hotel is most certainly not professionally cleaned as advertised. In fact, it had mold in the mini fridge, trash was swept under the bed, and dirt was on the sheets. Water does not get warm, let alone hot as advertised and showering causes a pool to form in the bathroom that stays all night and all day with no proper drainage. The worst part was someone at the hotel entered my room WHILE I WAS CHANGING. Totally disrespectful and awful. DONT...

I wouldn’t have given even 1 star, with the experience they have given to us. We booked the hotel over the phone but I specifically asked for latest pics of the rooms so that we know where we are going to stay. We were 4 family member and were taking 2 rooms. We arrived at night and when we saw the rooms, those were completely different. When we asked for the same rooms shown while booking the rooms. They said those rooms just got booked. Even though we gave 500 to book 2 rooms yet they gave those rooms to someone else. They were not even sorry for they have done to us, rather in arrogance they told us to stay somewhere else.
