The staff at Bellevue were exceptionally courteous and attentive, reflecting the hallmark of Oberoi hospitality. However, the food fell short of expectations. We ordered the watermelon feta salad, which was beautifully plated but had a disappointingly small portion size, and the feta lacked the fresh, tangy flavor one would expect. Additionally, the peach iced tea was a struggle—it took four attempts to get it right, and even then, the taste was underwhelming.
